Beautiful ranch style guest cottage in tree-lined Arden Park neighborhood. Great location close to freeway, shopping, Sac State and 10 minutes to Downtown Sacramento. Nice outdoor areas, a shared pool (not heated) for guests to use June-September. Hot tub NOT for guest use. NOTE: Street parking. Only ONE car allowed We hope you choose to stay with us. The Baby Yoda studio in beautiful East Sac is exactly like the character - Small Yet Powerful. And yes, I am aware that his actual name is Grogu (Take it easy). This small studio apartment is just that, small. It is uniquely decorated in a Mandalorian and Star Wars motif. Did I mention it is small. There is a hand built bed, small kitchenette, designated work/eat station, 50" LED TV, and a big shower. Oh yeah, it's small. The value is in the neighborhood, cleanliness, and the little things.
