The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

The house consists of a kitchen open to the dining room, a double living room that opens to a large terrace, overlooking 2000 m2 of garden, it is not uncommon to see squirrels play there. Two bathrooms and 3 bedrooms composed of double beds, one of which is equipped with a baby bed. The area is suitable for various activities and visits (hiking, cycling , canoeing, climbing, arcy caves, castles, wine cellars, etc.) A real haven of peace for families or groups of friends.

Village served by SNCF, small Proxi business in the heart of it. Located 30 km from Auxerre and 20 km from Vézelay, the start of the historic Compostela Way.
