Please note: a positive host review needed to book. Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV & Apple TV box and kitchen nook with a sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and a quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove for winter warmth ($25 fee, notify host before).
