The place is about 15 minutes from downtown Joinville, but it is easy to access by car. The place is a house that has been divided into several spaces. It was clean and well maintained, the stay was peaceful.

It is a cozy, quiet and easy access location For those who are in the city for work and need a place to take a bath and sleep, there is no better. Also nearby there are a number of places to order food, if applicable.

Well-decorated apartment, comfortable bed and pillows, kitchen with good pots, very clean. The host was flexible at check-in and for me, who had suitcases, it helped a lot.

My family and I had an incredible week, very helpful, attentive host, beautiful place as in the photos! The best thing is the view of the sea! The apartment had everything we needed, I felt at home, nothing was missing, the TV with Netflix was great for a nice rest, and a new series, besides all the surroundings that have everything close by in the condominium itself! My son was delighted with the courts, game rooms and swimming pools! Great for kids! We'll definitely be back more and more often!

We were greeted by Wagner even with the late night arrival, with great cordiality and promptness. The accommodation is comfortable and well located, with everything working perfectly. The only setback was with the electronic device to exit the tower, which required contact with the concierge for clearance — something that is due to the condominium system, not the host. Wagner also provided detailed information about leisure spaces, gave tips on places to visit and food options. We recommend the accommodation for the attention and quality of the space offered. Overall, the experience was quite positive and pleasant. We will certainly revisit the location.

Great location, next to the Cathedral, for those who like to go to Mass it is perfect!

The apartment is comfy and cozy. Kitchen complete with all utensils. The room has a great TV with a complete range of channels. Bedroom with a comfortable bed and brand new air conditioning. Large garage and is located practically attached to the apartment. Finally, the condominium is on a very quiet street and is very safe. Congratulations on the space.
