great little studio! super clean and had literally everything you needed for your day to day. I felt very safe there traveling with my kids, and we absolutely loved fishing from the private dock!

We loved our stay at Turtle Haus. If you are just going to be there to sleep, it is perfect. It was not roomy, even for 3 people, BUT, as I mentioned, we were only there to sleep. Some things I would change is that there is a light coming in the two french front doors from the Foyer walk in area. I would definitely put some black out curtains or shades over those two doors (they had blinds but did not do the trick of keeping light out). We also could not find one piece of silverware or even plasticware. Could have been that the last people took it all, but there was not any, any where. Other than that, Rebecca was helpful and very responsive and it was a cute little place.

Loved the cozy atmosphere, absolutely loved the little details they it into the place! Will definitely be booking again!

We really enjoyed ourselves and had a great time! It was peaceful and we heard very little noise from the people that stayed close to our room. We did see a few bugs but, not many, it is an older condo so we understand it's hard to keep it completely bug free but, we could tell that they did exterminate the place because it wasn't infested with bugs. We were pleasantly surprised with the bed, the mattress was real firm and was comfortable to both of our backs😀, we even talked about buying a similar mattress for our bed when we get back home😀. The place is very small, it doesn't have a bedroom, it is just one room and the bed is in the living room but, it was just me and my wife so, we Loved it! It was wonderful!! I was here for a wedding and being able to stay so close to the location it was so convenient. I would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful one bedroom, one bath everything was spotless, clean.

Cathy went above and beyond to accommodate our family and our first big road trip with all 6 of us. She made great suggestions about local events and made sure we had parking that could accommodate a small trailer or luggage hitch rack with all of our things. The rental itself is in a great location. You can jump on the little feeder road to get to CVS and some of the local restaurants. Plenty of room. The pool is nice and the neighbors were friendly. Showers and bathrooms worked as they should. The tap water tasted great as well which was unexpected. You are just a short drive from downtown Corpus or Padre Island National Seashore depending on which way you’re heading. We will definitely be back next year. Thank you Cathy!

Excellent choice for our mother/daughter getaway. Not the biggest place, but it was exactly what I paid for and was clean and comfortable. The hosts were responsive to my questions and were quick to inform us that the elevator was under repairs. Overall a great weekend stay!

This was our second year staying in Rockport for Father’s Day. And this house was absolutely perfect for my family. We loved the area it was in and how private it was. We can’t wait to book our next trip here at this house.

Great stay. Convenient to Rockport and Fulton, easy to get to beaches and shopping. On the edge of town but not a hinderance to getting around. Nice quiet neighborhood

We had an amazing time at Pelican Bay! The bed was extremely comfortable, and clean. We were provided extra pillows, blankets and towels as well. The pier was a staple on our trip, the private pier made a great way for us to wind down after a long day! The property was calm and relaxing, and assigned parking was a bonus. We enjoyed our trip and look forward to being back when we are in town again!

We loved the stay at the Pelican Bay Resort, one thing you should not miss is going to the pier fishing. The host is very responsive, the place is clean and the other inhabitants are nice. I would recommend the stay here. Also, prices are reasonable for Rockport TX.

We had an amazing time. The photos are very accurate, the views from the living room are amazing. Aside from that Tracy was an amazing host, very communicative and flexible. I highly recommend for families looking for a amazing place to stay.

We had a great time. Enjoyed all aspects except for a few minor things. Providing liquid hand soap for bath and kitchen would have been great as well as more than one tea towel in kitchen. Otherwise all was perfect.

Very clean and comfortable family vacation home with all your needs provided. Nice dock for fishing on the property and parking included.
