Good place to stay, kitchen decently well equipped, good value for the price, also has a pool

we made an excellent choice to stay here. it is a perfect size for our small party of 3 (2 adults and a 13 year old). Location was everything: think cultural center,Manhattan-like, everything walkable in the square yet relatively quiet and safe. this is a great home-base, and the apartment is homey and cozy which we lived. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and we would stay again. Thanks ✌🏽 😊

Very nice apartment in the heart of Nicosia, which can be visited on foot, with clubs and restaurants nearby. Municipal parking near the property (€0.50 per hour). Kitchenette, wifi, clean bathroom. Bed on the mezzanine, but with good standing room. I do self check-in and good communication with the host, which allowed us to check in an hour early. The only flaw is the light that filters through the windows in the morning. Great value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Mazotos! The place was very clean and well equipped – exactly as described. Particularly noteworthy is the large pool, which we almost always had to ourselves. It was cleaned once a week, which was basically sufficient, even if a slightly more frequent cleaning for longer stays might be pleasant. The location is wonderfully quiet – ideal for relaxing. A supermarket is nearby and the beach is also within easy reach. Without a car, however, it would have been difficult to get around, so we would definitely recommend renting one. From Mazotos, we could easily reach different cities such as Larnaca, Limassol and Nicosia, which allowed for great day trips. All in all a very good Airbnb – we would come back!

The space is beautifully designed — warm, inviting, and thoughtfully decorated with delightful personal touches that make it feel like a true home away from home. Every corner exudes comfort and style. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens luxurious, and every detail — from the ambient lighting to the perfectly equipped kitchen — was carefully curated for an exceptional stay. Communication with the host was seamless: attentive, welcoming, and full of helpful local tips. I felt genuinely cared for throughout my visit. Location-wise, it’s perfect — peaceful yet conveniently close to everything you might need or want to explore.

I’ve stayed for 2 months there. it’s good location, 1 minute walk to grocery store and 5 minutes to the sea. A lot of good restaurants nearby . House was clean with everything you need inside. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chris’s place! The apartment is cozy, spotlessly clean, and full of unique interior details that give it a lot of charm. We felt very welcome and would highly recommend staying here. A small tip: as mentioned in some previous reviews, the location can be a bit tricky to find at first. We found that using “Here WeGo” maps works perfectly—it has the correct location.

Pola is a perfect host, and we felt right at home upon our arrival in Cyprus! A 15 minute drive to the house from Larnaka Airport and we were settled in for relaxation😌. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could need, comfy beds, spotless bathrooms, plus a handy outdoor shower for a quick post-beach rinse, and a private parking spot. A 3 minute walk straight to the coast gets you to a small staircase down to a quiet pebbly beach with beautiful clear waters and perfect temperature, especially in the morning since the wind tended to pick up a bit in the midday while we were there. Our favorite was to continue walking along the coast to the organized sandy beaches, namely Faros beach, where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas, and has a bar for drinks and snacks. Very local and low-traffic, which was exactly what we were looking for! Take note that you would definitely need a car to visit Larnaka or for groceries, as there's only a small kiosk within walking distance!

We loved the stay at Anastasias place we had everything we could have wanted and made good use of the pool and sunbeds. A really nice beach right opposite the house with public sunbeds and a clear sea perfect for paddling in. We will definitely be returning!

Brilliant. Wonderful house.Great location, quiet and safe. Restaurants, bars , tavernas and a small shop all local. Craft and art museum a few yards away. Close to the university. Ancient historical remains and old wall . Also very close to Green Line and 20th century UN history.All very interesting .We walked everywhere and got the local bus 2 euros 40 on one occasion.; people so helpful. Turkish zone at pedestrian Lidras crossing. Take your passport to get into this area . Loved it.

Kamil is not a super host because first of all Kamil is a super person. The house was very fine, clean and in a prefect position. Kamil was always available, kind and ready to answer any questions we had

This stay was perfect for our family! We so enjoyed staying at Christina’s place. Between the toys for our kids, the private nature of the unit, as well as the comfortable amenities, we would gladly recommend this place to anyone else looking to book in greater Nicosia! An added plus is the fact that she does not use any harsh chemicals when cleaning the house.

Marianna's accommodation leaves nothing to be desired. It corresponds exactly to the pictures that were shown in advance. I particularly liked the loving little things like coffee capsules, sugar, salt, etc., which were already available at the reception. Overall, I found the stay wonderful – highly recommended!

Everything was very good!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely ground floor flat. The neighbourhood was peaceful and perfect for relaxing, and the flat was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The veranda was a real highlight — perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. Andreas, our host was very welcoming, met us on arrival, and was quick to respond to any questions during our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

I booked with Demetris solely based on the fantastic reviews and we weren’t disappointed. On arrival to Larnaca Airport Demetris was there to collect us and we began our short journey to his beautiful apartment which is perfectly located in the traditional old town of Larnaca. Right next to the apartment are retail shops, supermarkets, family run bakery’s, bars and restaurants serving all cuisines. The stunning Finikoudes Beach is just a 5 minute walk, where you can also enjoy a full range of sightseeing tours and transportation which can take you to any part of the Cyprus coast. The apartment is very homely and has everything you would need. Fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom and two bedrooms with a great balcony. Demetris is truly a wonderful host and was very helpful and easily accessible if you needed help. I’d highly recommend you visit Cyprus and stay at Demetris apartment, you won’t regret it. Daphne and George were truly unique hosts. Attentive to our requests and available at any time of day. The apartment has a lot of privacy and yet it is a stone's throw from the main amenities (restaurants, pharmacies, convenience stores, cafes, hairdressers, laundry, aesthetics... all within a kilometer!). The furniture is inspired by modern design and comfy lines. The super comfortable sofa and every room infuses tranquility and relaxation. We also loved the small furnished terrace overlooking the trees of the avenue and from which you can enjoy the warmth of the Cypriot spring days. If I could give it 10 stars, I would give it! Congratulations!!!

Amazing apartment , very nice design, clean , warm environment, totally suggest! The only negative thing I can mention is the noise in the morning cause of the busy road

The place is 10 minute walk from beach and main restaurants. Pharmacy and small market also nearby. Bigger market is 15min walk. We had spare towels and bed linen. 2 double bedrooms with one ensuite and other with separate bathroom, both with good sized shower. There is a pool, I was spectical about the noise from people using the pool, but users seemed to respect the neighbour hood. Although if they were noisy, it couldnt be heard from bedrooms. Ac, hot water, water pressure all good. Kitchen was fully equipped and also extra detailed accessories like bags, baking sheet etc were provided. Large refrigerator and good sized freezer. Good sized modern smartTv and sofas were good. Appartement had good elevator and no noise can be heard of neighbours. We had a toddler with us and cot was good equipped with small pillow as well. Place also has very good storage/wardrobes for clothes and accessories. Full cleaning equipment was provided which it was good for us, having a toddler. PERFECT
