Maria and Jean-Marc are very welcoming and open hosts without being stingy with practical information. The accommodation is exactly as described and is very functional. Jean-Marc offered to take us to a site close to their home while showing us his native region. A big thank you to Maria and Jean-Marc for their advice and availability. Looking forward to seeing them again if the opportunity arises.

Great place, peaceful, fantastic view.

The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

One of those ‘even better than expected’ places on Airbnb. Modern, clean, well designed apartment with amazing views over the lake. Location is great - walkable to a number of lake beaches and the village. Host is super responsive and super helpful! Would 100% stay again! 🤍

The stay was really great, nice and well equipped apartment with an amazing view towards Mont Blanc and the surrounding mountains. Well Maintal maintained garden and lovely hosts. Our dog was also welcome. Recommendable!

A fabulous hideaway, so quiet, no noisy roads, no noisy people. Just perfect. Lovely and warm, very clean, full of everything we needed. Was great to just read and not have a TV And we didn't need a microwave because we were able to cook ourselves easily. Plenty warm water and so luxurious to have a bath in the apartment, fantastic!! Also Samoens has lots of reasonably priced restaurants and cafes. In addition we were able to use a couple of spare towels as a curtain in the bedroom, so no problems at all. The information provided was so thorough, there was nothing we didn't understand. A wonderful place to stay for a week Thank you so much Scotti You have been amazing, I hope we can stay again ❤️

Our stay was just perfect – this Airbnb exceeded all our expectations! The place was not only spotlessly clean and stylishly furnished, but also extremely well equipped. You can tell that we worked here with a lot of love for detail. Particularly noteworthy are the sauna and the Jacuzzi – both absolute highlights that made our stay even more relaxing and luxurious. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful and available at all times. The location was also ideal – very quiet and perfect for relaxing, yet shopping is easily accessible. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment and would have liked to have stayed longer. Very clear recommendation – we will definitely be back!

Our stay in the village of Passy was absolutely amazing. The house felt like a little piece of paradise – calm, peaceful, and surrounded by breathtaking beauty. The garden was so magical that we didn’t even feel like leaving the property – it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. The hosts were incredibly kind, respectful, and welcoming. we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.

We had a great time at Wilfried's Grattague. His warm and well-appointed apartment is located in a quiet area. From the balcony, magnificent views of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi. Hiking departure at the foot of the residence. Wilfried is an attentive and caring host. Thanks again!
