Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Arabian Sea

The place is perfect getaway from the hustle bustle of life providing ample space to relax, chill and enjoy the nature from close. The location is a private house and blessed with scenic Valley view. The property owner Mr Janak is a great host. The cook Alka prepares very delicious meals including typical Gujarati dishes. The caretaker Ankush is a great person, and always available for support during our stay. The place also provides opportunity for a good morning walk and or run without any traffic hinderance. The property is old but bed linen and baths are well maintained with hot water and cleanliness in and around. Eventually it was a great family time for us accommodating 10 people in one place. We had great fun in playing childhood games and run around the property.

The place was awesome and matches the description. Ac , geyser, kettle, linen , towels & bedsheet are were in good shape and working. Room has ample space to accommodate 5 people. Need to Request for toileteries like soap and handwash. Overall experience was worth value for money as sanket's mother was very welcoming and took care of all the request. Would like to visit again in future. Thanks.

We are a group of 6 friends, all doctors. We usually plan a staycation/small trip every year as a part of tradition since 10 years now. We were looking a place to unwind from our busy schedules, connect and share our year long stories with eachother. Suraj's Seascape gave just the canvas we were looking for. Stay is luxurious, with pool, plenty of games(archery, table tennis, badminton, cricket). I will divide the review under following headings- Overall stay- 4/5( place has a great view, but is on main road to Murud so expect traffic whole day. Not peaceful) so loosing one star. Other than that it's a great property. Food- 4.5/5. Everything was great. fish(pomphret, surmai, prawns, komdi wada thali). We were just licking our fingers after every meal. Bbq was average Staff- 5/5 very helpful, they bring whatever we need from local market in no time. made our stay very comfortable Cleanliness - 5/5 Will recommend this place to whoever wants a staycation.

I stayed at Comfort Quarters for 5 days.. it's a great place to stay.. beautiful surroundings, quite private but easily accessible highway too. The place has all amenities that are mentioned. cool place, I recommend it.

We 5 friends had a great time in the 5 bedroom villa. The location is superb, very much out of the urban City and far from beaches, but alongside a beautiful river. It's perched on a hillock with a lovely view of the river. We could see Mopa airport in the distance from the villa. There's dense vegetation beside the property and we could hear peacock sounds, though not fortunate to see one. Lots of birds around the property. Though the food was not Goan in taste, it was good and the service was good too. This property is away from the main market and may not be suitable for couples but would be great for a large family or group of friends. Though we were 5 of us, we had a great time.

I had a wonderful stay at The Rustic Vilaa in Goa! The villa perfectly blends comfort with a charming, earthy aesthetic that feels both cozy and luxurious. The location is peaceful yet close enough to explore popular beaches and local hotspots. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The private pool and outdoor space were highlights—perfect for relaxing with friends. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. Highly recommend for a serene Goan getaway!

We were in Dubai for business at short notice and decided to stay at rachid's place due to the location. Top service, very good location and perfect size. The only difficult thing was finding the entrance to the huge underground parking garage the first time. Love to come back! Thank you

I spent 1 – 10 May 2025 here on a solo trip and loved it. I have stayed in many apartments across Dubai. This apartment was up there with the best. It's a quick walk to Dubai Mall, but what really got me were the views, you look straight at the Burj Khalifa and the Address Hotel, and even with the fountain drained for maintenance it was still a wow moment every morning and night. Inside was spotless: comfy king-size bed, and 2 single beds, as well as a sofa bed, proper blackout curtains, good water pressure and a little welcome stash of coffee pods, tea and cold water. Wi-Fi never hiccupped, the smart-lock was handy, and the parking spot was right by the lift on P1, which saved me hunting around in the garage. I used the pool and gym a couple of times and they were both quiet and clean. The host checked in over message to make sure I was settling in and replied fast. All in all, it felt more like staying at a friend’s well-kept apartment than a rental, and I’d happily book it again.

We had a great stay at this place, host was super friendly and accommodating. The place accommodated our large group very comfortably!

The location of the apartment was magnificent. We were very comfortable with our 3.5-year-old son. Shaikh quickly helped us with the small setbacks we experienced and we had a smooth experience.

Our stay at Hill Too Luxury Villa in Goa was nothing short of exceptional. The hospitality was top-notch, with proactive responses that made our experience seamless. The caretaker was incredibly friendly and ensured we had everything we needed. The villa itself is absolutely worth the price—beautiful, well-maintained, and luxurious. This place is excellent for those looking out for a sundowner experience, a villa on a hillock. the interiors were beautiful. You need to connect with the caretaker at least two days in advance if you have any specific food requirements as this place is far from the market area. The villa exterior looks very old , I think for the price paid this should be taken care of. we loved the gazebo area which is the best place just to sit and lie down on the charpai (beadstead/cot) , and enjoy the sea breeze in the afternoon, followed by sunset. The caretaker was very good and ensured amazing food service, simple, yet very tasty, they gave us both konkan and Rajasthani cuisine. Overall a great place with minor things to be taken care of by the host.

Himanshu was incredibly cooperative throughout the whole stay , the perfect place to stay with friends and family , awesome facilities with stunning pool the care taker was so helpfull, no disturbance at all , all the amenities worked perfectly fine.

Chetan is a wonderful host and Anil the caretaker communicated well too. I felt the cleaning needs to improve a bit. Rest the whole stay was wonderful.

Wonderful hospitality and a truly peaceful stay. The villa is located in a serene, private community. The pool was a highlight — completely secluded, with no visibility from surrounding buildings or areas, offering total privacy. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Pool Villa. It’s also conveniently located, with attractions like Al Hoota Cave, Nizwa Fort, and other tourist spots just a short drive away.
