The stay at Evaldo's place was amazing. We had a great time with the family, the place is exactly as shown in the listing and pleased all guests. The apartment is very spacious, not to mention the beachfront condominium and close to markets and restaurants. We had easy contact with co-host Marcelo, who was always helpful and brought quick solutions to the small details that arose. I recommend it and intend to return very soon.

The stay was much better than expected, the apartment was impeccable and was extremely spacious, being much more than presented in the photos! In addition to accommodating 8 people very well. The host was left in the rooms and the apartment was well equipped. The condominium has a very large pool, equipped gym, nearby restaurants, and the beach is very close by. We had a small mishap at check in, because although the host had registered the name of the guests for their stay, upon arriving there had only registered the name of one person in the system, making us have to wait around 40 minutes to get in touch with the host and get into the condominium, it was all wonderful. Of suggestion, to make contact easier if a problem occurs, I suggest the host to leave another phone number to make it easier. No more, I highly recommend this location!

Great apartment. Very well-equipped, comfortable and clean. The location is also the strong point as we have access to the beach park also by the hotel's pools (we can reach the park swimming!!!) Bruno was very cordial, communicative and gave many tips... as I needed to move from the airport to the resort, he indicated to me Jair (which I also indicate), with whom I made the transportation and also the tours to other beaches. I'll definitely be back soon and I recommend it to everyone!

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, a few meters from the park entrance. The ground floor location is extremely convenient for families with children, and the proximity to the water park is a huge plus. The apartment is well equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay.

We had an extremely positive experience during our stay at Mr. Assis, located on Presídio beach, close to the beach and almost next to Hotel Jangadeiro. The location is excellent, providing easy access to the sea and other points of interest in the region. The house is very well maintained, clean and equipped with everything you need for days of comfort and tranquility. All kitchen appliances work perfectly, and there are new air-conditioners in all rooms, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The outdoor area has a great barbecue and a sports area with a soccer and volleyball field, which made the children happy. We would also like to highlight the owner's hospitality. Mr. Assis was extremely helpful, kind and attentive, always available to answer questions and promptly meet any needs that arose. It was a very happy weekend for the whole family, full of good times. Very good house, well located and comfortable. Great cost-benefit as it has seven dormitories. Excellent option to have fun with family and friends. The view is the most beautiful in the region. I highly recommend it. You have the entire structure of a beach house close to Fortaleza, without having to waste a lot of time on commuting. We managed to walk to a supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants, even to the beach and Beach Park. Administrator Raimundo is very helpful and the great host. We'll be back for sure.

It is a nice, well-appointed and decorated house, with a small garden and a well-maintained pool by Jafet (taking care to make sure I didn't miss anything). Alexandre and Françoise are very available in case of problems and quickly find solutions. I had a WiFi issue when I arrived which was fixed in 15 minutes! The beach was really close and easy to get to with a few beach restaurants. I stayed there alone and felt perfectly safe! The only negative I find there is the mosquitoes very present on the ground floor in this season because the space is less well ventilated (even if everything is open). Upstairs, it was much better because it was very well ventilated! The special tropical mosquito repellent was still mandatory. The investment in air conditioning in the bedrooms could be beneficial for sleeping even better!

The house is cozy and very complete. The oceanfront view is a spectacle. Beach with very few people and walking practically zero. I have only two notes, the house did not have a chair and umbrellas for the beach, we had to borrow from a neighboring tent. In the house nearest the pool, we had problems with cockroach, every day we killed some. We hired Fabiana, homemade, to cook and clean for us. She is super helpful, did all the shopping for us and did not miss anything, however she is not a chef, do not expect super elaborate dishes, but the basics were all very good. The house deserves another visit for sure, we hope to return soon!

Roberto and Mychele's apartment is better than the ad, because the location is perfect in a resort with all the amenities at our disposal, and next to the beach park, which was my interest. It has basic items to make all meals if you don't want to go to a restaurant. It has a market nearby. Communication, cleanliness, comfort, conservation, everything excellent. I recommend it for those who want days of fun or rest, the resort is also excellent. I advise you to buy the ticket for beach park, paying attention to the days it works.

My family really enjoyed the accommodation, we had easy communication with the host, very pleasant accommodation, very beautiful and quiet resort, great for children and pets, well-equipped apartment and very close to the beach access, we just think that it was lacking in cleanliness, mainly in the kitchen, and that would be a point of improvement.

The apartment is very nice, comfortable and with several utensils in the kitchen, the location is also good, in front of the beach, small condominium but with a good pool. Communication was great, good value for money. We hope to return soon and we recommend it.
