Stephenie and Chase have really made something special with their cottage in Sandwich! It’s beautiful, peaceful, and functional. It exceeded our expectations! The home is full of beauty, character and well cared for details, and the grounds are stunning and serene. We LOVED all of it!! The layout of the home worked perfectly for our family of 7 adults and 2 babies. There were plenty of rooms and spaces for all of our activities, and the kitchen was not only gorgeous, but also large enough for all of our baby bottle prep, food prep, etc. Communication was outstanding! From the moment we booked to the last day we were well cared for. The pre-stay welcome guide and messages (full of tips) helped us to prepare for the trip, and we referred to the guide throughout the stay. Staying at the Mermaid Cottage was such a refreshing and relaxing experience. The cottage is cozy, clean and made us feel right at home. Stephen included instructions and local recommendations in the house guide, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location does require a car - or Uber - but it is extremely worth it! We would love to return in the future. Truly a wonderful stay.

Rachel was an excellent, helpful host. The house was in a quiet, lovely neighborhood, a short drive to beach. It had a terrific deck overlooking a beautiful, heavily wooded backyard. The kitchen was very large and made it easy to cook. We had a terrific time together. We had an infant and the pack and play, sheets hig chair, play toys were all provided! Excellent home for an infant. Child friendly streets for walking down to nearby harbor.

Great place! Very spacious and clean. Matthew was also very accommodating and provided us with very helpful instructions about how to get in, where things are, and wifi log-in info. The backyard and frontyard were also great for our dog to explore around. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back another time.

Jennifer‘s place was the perfect homebase for a week of vacation, exploring Cape Cod and even venturing up to Boston and Salem. Her restaurant recommendations were helpful and spot on. Our favorite was the Black Whale in New Bedford. Comfortable beds, beautiful new appliances in the kitchen, and the soaker tub in the upstairs bath was so fantastic. It was nice to come home to such a quiet, peaceful place after a day of adventuring. Jennifer was super responsive and made our stay easy and delightful. One of our favorite excursions was to the boardwalk and beach and sandwich. We hope to come back someday to keep exploring all of the cool things in Massachusetts.

This place was perfect for what I needed. It was cozy, comfortable, clean, simply and beautifully decorated, and well equipped. It was also a wonderful setting with great views in all directions. While the houses are quite close together, it is a quiet neighborhood and it helped that it wasn't high season. Lots to explore nearby and just as tempting to sit on the deck or lie in the hammock watching the world go by. This was more than I had initially planned to spend, and I'm so glad I went ahead with it anyway - very grateful for this spot!

We had the most unforgettable stay at the beautiful Pearl Cottage! Adrianna and Tara were incredibly accommodating and communicative from the start, making us feel completely at ease and welcomed. The home itself was spotless, peaceful, and filled with romantic touches that made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. But what truly made our stay extra special were the breathtaking views—absolutely stunning and the perfect setting for a life-changing moment: we got engaged during our trip! It couldn't have been a more magical backdrop for such an important memory. We’re already looking forward to coming back for future anniversaries and reliving the joy we experienced here. House was very cozy. Nice quiet neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great location that was walkable to everything in the downtown oak bluffs area. Brian was very responsive and helpful. Unit was very clean with everything you need. Plenty of space for two people. Would definitely stay here again.

We had such a great stay at Alice and Jesse's place. They truly thought of it all, all the amenities and super clean! It's peaceful, quiet, and sunny. Loved having an outdoor deck. This place is beautiful online and even nicer in person. It's also a short car ride to the main Newport area and a 2 minute drive to the beach. Wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you again!

I stayed at Larna’s place for just one night and regret not booking for longer. This has been my favourite location I’ve ever stayed at and gave me a new love for Newport. The place encapsulates Newports charm with a coastal and updated theme in such a historical and amazing building. Larna and Dan supply quite literally everything you could think of if you forget to pack it. There were toothbrushes, body wash, snacks, extra blankets, even fresh muffins from the local bakery. The house felt so cozy. Dan was incredibly welcoming and kind helping with luggage upon arrival and showing us around the rooms. I recommend for groups of 2-4 people, I’d say 5 if someone is willing to sleep on the couch…which I would do as it was wicked comfortable! I highly recommend booking this stay, I wish I had more time spent here and will look forward to booking again and recommending to other people. I feel privileged to have spent time in such a fascinating location with such amazing history!

Mark's place was exactly how it appeared in photos. Great, walkable location. Easy to get to restaurants on Main St. There's a place to rent bikes just across the street. The stay was comfortable, quiet, and exceeded expectations. Thank you again, Mark!

Reda’s place was absolutely perfect for a week-long stay - I felt so at home. I was visiting family who live just down the road, but needed a space of my own to work and relax between visiting with family; it fit my needs to the “t”. The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils (even a can opener!), so I was able to cook a great meal after a long day of work. The neighborhood is peaceful and accessible; I loved going for a run over to New Bedford and back. Reda was always around to say “hi”. My family and I will definitely be back! Thank you, Reda!

I had a wonderful stay at Great Harbor Getaway. The apartment was beautiful - well decorated, excellent outdoor space, and a lovely living room and kitchen. The location of the apartment was excellent: walking distance to Town and the Morning Glory Farm. Jennifer was an excellent host: super responsive and helpful. I highly recommend Great Harbor Getaway; really looking forward to my next visit.

We had a lovely time at Mary Alice’s place. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive before, during and after our stay. Even though we weren’t able to meet in person, she made sure we felt welcomed and had what we needed. She also offered flexible checkin/checkout which we didn’t end up needing, but it was nice to have as an option! The location is a quiet and cozy neighborhood that offered us privacy but was also walkable to the main street. Many thoughtful touches incorporated into the place - I can tell that she treats her home with so much love and care, and it shows! Would recommend!

LOVED THIS PLACE! We've stayed at many ABBs and this was easily one of our favorite spots. Newport is a must-visit town and this location was fabulous. the entire apartment was so charming, great decor and a wonderful space. the private balcony is a bonus. Restaurants nearby were delish. the host was super responsive and easy to work with. can't recommend this place enough. we'll be back!

Host was responsive and helpful, instructions were clear. The apartment was clean and very nice, we enjoyed eating dinner on the porch. It was easy to drive to downtown Providence and Gillette Stadium. It was easy to get to and a lot of space for parking (we all arrived mostly separately and there was space to park all 3 cars). Also, we were all very impressed by the shower and the water pressure lol. A great location and great Airbnb!! I would def recommend this spot and would come back! 😊

Great place for a few nights in Newport! Location is perfectly situated off of a main shopping street but was very quiet. Was more spacious than shown in the photos! Roof deck was nice as well. Had a small issue w a fire alarm going off but Liliane was easy to communicate with and was able to resolve it within a few hours. Beds were super comfortable and it was great for our group! Parking across the street was convenient for $25/day. Would highly recommend!

I could have lived here in a dream world! What a perfect place full of charm, character, and all of the modern amenities. The kitchen and bath were pristine. The floors, the doors, the windows, the creaks, the history- perfection. Waleed was a great host and even accommodated a last minute early checkin request! Would stay here again and HIGHLY recommend!

Lovely space, so close to the ocean, on a safe. quiet street. Loved the pool. Super easy to check in. The bathroom was a little small, but not an issue given everything else that was great. Recommended!

This is a ground level apartment in an historic home just off Benefit Street, a prime location on Providence’s College Hill. Because of the sloped terrain, it might seem like a basement apartment from one side, but it has a garden entrance at the front door. If you can handle the steep streets in this hilly area, it’s a perfect location if you want to be within walking distance of Brown University, the Rhode Island School of Design, and Downtown Providence. I did not rent a car while staying here and never felt I needed one. Tall travelers should be aware that this dwelling has low ceilings by modern standards. That didn’t bother me in the slightest; in fact, it made the apartment feel more cozy. Nevertheless, visitors over six feet tall should be aware of this aspect and make an informed decision. The apartment has a warm, comforting esthetic with all sorts of art on the walls and books on the shelf, and both made a great background for video conferences using the robust wifi signal.
