Nancys studio is practical, clean, well designed with nice coastal touches. Perfectly located near restaurant, lots of beaches, felt private and comfortable. Bed was comfy, linen and towels were clean and very soft. They have lots of recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Would be nice to have some closet space or some sort of dresser to hand ur cloths. Overall, the space is great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean, updated, and comfortable. Jeremy was a great host. He provided clear instructions and communication was great. We will definitely stay here again if we return to the area!

I loved this apartment - it was unique, being in an historic shopping mall building from the early 19th century. I felt like a VIP having access to this landmark after hours. The apartment itself had everything I needed and felt modern and cozy. I often visited restaurants or coffee shops within steps of the apartment. And the on-site manager and his dog were very welcoming and helpful! I’d definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Barbara was an incredibly welcoming guest who made us feel right at home. Her home is extremely cozy and inviting and provided a fantastic place to relax during a wintery New England weekend. She provided an extensive list of recommendations and each one of them were spot on. I will absolutely be staying here again next time my wife and I look to visit Newport.

Simple, clean, close the beach!

Great spot, well located and nice unit. Only thing to note is the ‘side entrance’ still faces the street - not the alley. It’s just not the main entrance. But the neighborhood is lovely and an easy walk to Thayer. Thank you very much!

This apartment is nestled right in the heart of Providence in the historic district, easy to get to campuses, downtown, and cute local neighborhoods. We walked pretty much everywhere and only had a car for one day while we were in town. Inside, the apartment is very cute and has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. It's great to have a well stocked kitchen in order to cook good breakfasts instead of having to eat out all the time while traveling. Hamzah was very communicative in advance, giving all the particular details on getting into the building and parking in the local area. He also included suggestions on local restaurants and attractions which was also appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed at Rohan’s place for Brown Graduation. We had a large group so much better than multiple hotel rooms. The property manager met us and helped us get in. There are stairs which were a bit of a challenge for older members of our group, but everyone navigated it fine. Nice drive down Hope/Blackstone to Brown campus. Special bonus: we got to see a Rhode Island Football Club game! And made friends at the Cape Verdian restaurant on the corner. Overall great weekend.

We will absolutely stay again. Andrew was very responsive and easy to book with. The resort had everything you could want and was walkable to town. All staff members were very helpful and friendly throughout the weekend.

We had SUCH a wonderful stay. The host was incredibly communicative and friendly before, during, and after our stay. The condo was spacious and very clean and was equipped with more than everything we needed. Location is walkable to so many shops and restaurants and was perfect for our needs. We stayed here for a bachelorette party and had a great time. The hot tub, peaceful back deck, and large dining table inside were all perfect for our time together. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and has some good dining and cocktail options, while being much more affordable than Newport. We are grateful for the great stay!

A little difficult to find but great clean place.

Andrew was great to work with. He was very responsive. I would rent from him again. The unit was really nice and in a great location! Beautiful views from the balcony. The furniture was modern and the unit was very private...only 2 units on the floor. *There were 3-5 of us at a time (depending on the night) staying there very comfortably for my daughter's wedding weekend. On the morning of my daughter's wedding, we had the girls getting ready there for a few hours. We had enough room to move around :) I hope to rent there again for a relaxing get away :)

We are so pleased with our stay which has a beautiful water view! It was so nice to see all the activities and beautiful boats passing by. The condo was clean and spacious and the bed was so so comfortable! We were in the heart of the downtown and were able to walk to the many shops, restaurants and fun activities happening around us! So much to do! We absolutely loved our stay and will hope to book this again. Marc thank you for being a great host! Very easy to check in and accommodations were excellent! :)

Perfect for a family getaway to Newport. Condo was clean and fit our family well. Any issues were addressed by the front desk staff. The indoor pool, while simple and slightly outdated, was a huge plus and the kids loved it!

We had an amazing stay at Hamilton’s Place in Newport, Rhode Island! The location is perfect—right in the heart of town, with great restaurants like The Newport Lobster Shack just a short walk away. The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool and the convenient parking. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and there was a convenient elevator that allowed us easy access into our room. Our room had a stunning harbor view, and we enjoyed watching the boats and seagulls with our son. The bed was super comfortable, and the air conditioning kept us cool. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Overall, we had a wonderful family getaway and would highly recommend it. Five stars!
