Matthew was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The space itself was very clean and in a peaceful location, with some great hiking trails nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

great place in capitola, easy walk to the beach and restaurants nice easy drive to Santa cruz and surrounding area. Nice rental for a small family. the one and only minor downside is the garage , it's a tad small but can fit a car fine just no big suv or truck. Definitely tight getting in and out. would recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Michelle was a very proactive host. Space is clean, neat and as pictured. Was great alternative to hotel for a conference trip. Would stay again.

Had a great stay! Parking was included which was great for the area. So easy to walk to the beach with all our things and kiddos. Close to all the restaurants and shops.

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

I stayed at Cynthia and Glens place for a 8 days and it was really great. They're very accommodating and have amazing instructions for every step of your stay. One aspect that was a bit unfortunate is just that dogs can't relive themselves in the backyard. It was a bit complicated taking both of my dogs across the street to go potty every morning and midday especially when the temperatures got really high and concerning to walk them. However, I do completely understand their reasoning as to why they'd rather not have dogs relieving themselves in their backyard. Other than that small aspect it was a really lovely home and awesome location. It is a shared unit so parking is shared and the communal areas are as well. Something else to keep in mind! Overall I had a great stay there in Campbell which was so close to downtown and many amazing restaurants.

Fast easy check in. Place was great and as described. The host Dan was extremely helpful and responsive. The property is close to everything near the village. Plenty of room for the entire family. And property was very clean and inviting. Comes with all things needed. Will definitely try to stay here again.

Nice place about a half block from Twin Lakes Beach. Location is great and the place was perfect for our family of 3 plus our dog. Our teenage son enjoyed sleeping in the loft and our dog loved barking at passersby from the deck... The unit is above the main house where the host lives, but felt private. We'd be happy to stay here again next time we're in town.

We selected the home to celebrate a 60th birthday with siblings. It was perfect for our group of five. We walked (and ran) on the beach, did puzzles, made meals together, and spent quality time just hanging out. Kitchen has everything one could need. Plenty of supplies. Clear instructions and expectations. We’d absolutely return.

Beautiful home and great location. We loved the warm welcome details and snacks. My son enjoyed playing with the games. The home is beautifully decorated with coastal vibes. Shops, restaurants are all within walking distance. Claire was very communicative and friendly. We will definitely come back.

Sarah’s house was exactly what we were looking for. Very clean, comfortable and decorated well. The proximity to the ocean was an extra bonus and we enjoyed walking there each morning with coffee in hand. My 11 yr old niece LOVED the reading nook in the downstairs bedroom. The entire house was comfy especially the beds, kitchen well stocked for cooking and extra linens, towels, beach towels, and beach gear on hand. No A/C, but you get a cool ocean breeze all day long that keeps the noise to a comfortable temp. We have stayed at a handful of air bnb’s and this is our favorite. Wish we could have stayed longer. This home was perfect for our family of 5. The two younger boys were comfortable in the sofa bed., while the adults had their own queen beds with their own bathrooms. The place was clean and fully stocked with all of our needs. We were only there for a weekend, but would re-book for a longer stay next time❤️

We felt right at home and had everything we needed for the best weekend. Our favorite part about the house was being able to walk to the beach in just 3 minutes with coffee, pizza and pie right there on her fingertips beautiful location

This beach bungalow is fabulous ! The home is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway! The outdoor patio is a bonus living room! The location has a nice ocean view and easy access to walks along the beach. Heather is a great host! The recommendations provided are very helpful and spot on! Will definitely book this wonderful gem for our next visit to Santa Cruz!

David’s place is magnificent! Right on the beach. We all enjoyed going to sleep listening to the waves crash. It’s in a wonderful area with a lot of amenities. We highly recommend!!

Amazing views of the Pajaro River and Pacific Ocean. Short walk (300 yards) to the beach along a boardwalk or enjoy the views from the livingroom through the large picture windows or deck. Perfect for a couple or young family (the two twin beds in the second bedroom are quite small but my 20 something daughters had no complaints). Abundant bird watching opportunities along with the occasional sea lion\seal and otter.

Kristina’s place was absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured. Breath taking ocean views and a short 5 minutes down to the beach. Kristina was very friendly checking in with us to make sure our trip was going good and if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again !!! Great host great place and beautiful city !!

This stay is absolutely amazing. Comfy bed and furniture. Stocked Kitchen. Steps to the beach. Closet full of beachy things. We had fun flying the kite. Built bonfires just over the dune on the beach. 🏖️ Don’t hesitate to book. This place is it.

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. My family of 4 had a wonderful stay! The pictures didn't do it justice - all the upgrades were well worth it and my family thoroughly enjoyed the stay there. My was very responsive and helpful. So glad we found it! Would definitely stay there again.
