Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Appenzell

We had a wonderful stay at Günther’s apartment. The view was stunning, and the location was great for hiking or easily getting into Vaduz for activities and restaurants. The apartment was small but comfortable with all the space two people would need, and the access to a washer and dryer was a huge perk. Günther was very friendly and helpful - as were the neighbors. We would stay here again if we come back to the area.

The place was very comfortable for our family of five. The view from the balcony was lovely. We walked to all the restaurants and shops. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Great place to stay, even nicer than in the photos. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful terrace. Elisabeth and Andreas were great hosts, friendly and very accommodating. In the refrigerator, we even found chilled local beer, eggs from our own small farm and homemade jam, which could be bought at a local price. We will be happy to come back!

This was an amazing place and Nyree was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The family dog was extremely friendly and enjoyable to play around with. The view was amazing and it was a perfect stay.

This is one of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. Franziska and Renato made us feel genuinely welcome from the beginning. They reached out to ask about arrangements for our son and our expected arrival time so they could leave a small welcome gesture. On our second day, they kindly offered us some of their homemade bread for the morning of our checkout. The apartment is perfect for a family or two with children. It includes two bedrooms, a living room, a spacious dining area, a baby and toddler play zone with plenty of toys and games, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy room for reading or working. The design strikes a beautiful balance between Swiss heritage and modern style, creating a warm and inviting family-holiday atmosphere. Although the rain kept us from enjoying the garden, it looked like a natural and seamless extension of the home. I truly hope I’ll have the chance to visit again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Valerie‘s house. It’s definitely one of the most beautiful airbnb‘s we’ve been to. The house has great design throughout down to the little details. The rooms and amenities were brand new and fantastic for our group of 6 plus two small children. Valerie was very helpful throughout our stay. The neighbourhood is also very nice and peaceful with some good walks right from the doorstep but obviously you need a car to get around more widely.

We were allowed to spend super nice days at Manuela's cottage for the second time. Everything was perfect again. The large garden was a highlight for young and old to play, discover or relax. We really appreciated the many toys for the kids. The house is also very lovingly decorated. Thank you very much dear Manuela.

The communication with Gerda before and during the stay is fine. Upon arrival, she showed us everything and explained everything. Gerda is very kind and very helpful. She insists not to ask for anything. She responds quickly to our questions and check in between if everything is to your liking. The apartment is beautifully decorated and in impeccable condition. You can feel right at home. The rooms are large and modern. There is a very large garden with stunning mountain views. All in all, highly recommend.

Valerie and Tobi were very friendly and attentive hosts who were available for any questions and had helpful tips about the area. A really great accommodation – clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need. I felt very comfortable right from the beginning. The location where the cottage is located is really nice! You have a great view of the Säntis and can start hiking directly from the accommodation. The place was as described, only the curtains were a little too translucent for us. We were on site with two dogs and felt very comfortable :-)

The place was the most beautiful of all in Lauterach. Both the apartment and the terrace were designed with a lot of love and very tastefully. The lemon tree, olive tree and fig tree are simply a dream. The tranquility of the surroundings and the bedroom, with a bed like on clouds, provide a restful sleep. The whole apartment is very, very clean. Also a reason why you feel so comfortable at Doris's. Doris herself is a very friendly, dear landlady. How could it be otherwise? We had the best time at this place! The layout was much larger than it looks. We had plenty of space. The tap water was so fresh to drink. It was close to all the attractions. It was so clean! The view of the mountains and castle was perfect. We had the best time!

Our family of 5 used Nicole's place in Unterterzen as a home base to visit Switzerland. The apartment was clean, larger than we expected based on the pictures and description, and easily walkable to the train station and grocery store. The kitchen was very well appointed compared to other Airbnb's. The lake and surroundings are grogeous, with easily walkable paths and is close to the Gondola up to Flumersberg and the ferry to other cities around the lake. Everything at the apartment was operational and instructions from Nicole for checkin / checkout were very clear. Nicole was responsive to any questions and needs. We very much enjoyed our stay in Unterterzen and had many memorable experiences we will carry for the rest of our lives.
