Gina & Ali is our name. Someone booking on this listing, our guests can use the entire house except of one bedroom downstairs which is reserved for us. The downstairs area is shared with us with the outer bar, piano lobby and fireplaces. The upstairs area is the private area for our guests. When we see our guests love to enjoy the downstairs and bar area private we often are on the way anyway. When seeing our guests like to have company, we try to be here. We love to be hosts.

It is quietly located and you can relax well in the garden, by the tiled stove or fireplace. It has free Wi-Fi and is also suitable for home office. The Neckertal is a romantic, dreamy valley with many hiking and biking opportunities and is located between the two tourist destinations Appenzellerland and Toggenburg.

In our detached house, we rent our modern studio. The studio is located on the 1st floor, has its own entrance and is completely separate from our living area, except for the common staircase. We attach great importance to sustainability and heat our own home with geothermal energy and generate electricity with our PV system. Experience the special feeling of starting the day with a good conscience. Right next to the house entrance is there is a free parking space.
