Our guest house is a new construction with mountain/modern decor and reclaimed wood features, detached from the main home. It is a great place to serve as a base for outdoor adventure and centrally located. Located in a new development less than 2 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway, 5 min. from downtown Blowing Rock, and 10 minutes from downtown Boone. There is a 0.7 mile loop to take in the fresh air surrounded by pine trees and beautiful views of Grandfather Mtn.

Colorful, comfy and clean decor in a cozy tucked away college setting. Two minute walk to ASU campus and a few more minutes to multiple dining options. 14 exterior steps down to this basement apartment. 116 sq feet of functional new construction. I use unscented detergents for linens and non-toxic and essential oil cleaners. Please message me if you have special requests outside of the booking settings I have created.
