Ilios Apt old town,roof terrace,balcony,view!

In the medieval city of Rhodes a ‘’cozy nest ‘’perfect for couples in a quiet and sun filled place, just a few meters away from the central port of Rhodes and about 100 m away from the old town’s market place. The maisonette was bought and renovate in 2005 under the provision of archaeological department of Rhodes because of it's historical value. Rebuilt with new modern appliances in the unique traditional style of the area because of the Surrounding by the Byzantine Church of Saint Fanourios ,the Temple of Panagia Bourgou and the Medieval Moat. The maisonette enfolds about 40 sq on two floors,a balcony on the first floor and a 15 sq roof terrace on the top. TV, satellite, DVD player and free WiFi are offered. The ground floor includes kitchen corner full equipped with a small sitting-area , a big wardrobe and the bath room. On the first floor is the bedroom with a romantic balcony . A small wooden stairs leads to the roof terrace where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the old ,the new city of Rhodes and the harbor of the island. Just a few meters away is a place for free parking, a mini market and public playground as well many traditional Greek Taverns and International restaurants, cafes and other entertainment places , museums etc. Also you can go on daily trips to other Dodecanese islands or to one of the beaches on Rhodes island. Amazing location on the far side of the island away from the more touristic locations. On the drive over the mountains we saw many wild deer and it felt like a real adventure. Being right on the beach was great for the sunrise as you are completely secluded and the atmosphere of an ecological community was calming and restorative.

A two-story villa is showcased with vibrant pink bougainvillea cascading from the upper level. The entrance features a wide pathway lined with plants, and large windows allow for natural light. A cozy outdoor seating area is visible, inviting relaxation.

First of all I don’t know how to describe it all, except as the most amazing stay we had in Rhode Island. Place is perfect for two people, neighbourhood is so amazing and friendly, that in the first day we enjoyed shared lunch with the lady next door. Next morning she brought homemade bread. As well on the last day tavern just across opened and it was incredible. Beach is 7 minutes drive and the whole time we were almost alone there - so, so beautiful! And what can I say about the whole city the place is - magical. Watching sunset and sunrise on the top of the mountain, which is 2 minutes walk - insane. And seeing all the animals - crazy. Deers were walking like any local cat. I would never forget this stay in my life and could not recommend to visit it more! We are absolutely coming back! THANK YOU

It was a great week's vacation. We enjoyed our stay. The first night it was already dark when we arrived and we met the owner in the nearest town. He then guided us nicely to the location. Once we arrived, we were briefly guided around and there were already some groceries ready that we could use. The necessary items you would like to have were also all present. Once we woke up the next morning, we were positively surprised by the beautiful view and wonderful terrace. We had the bay to ourselves almost all week. It is a wonderful and quiet place to discover Rhodes from and to enjoy the beautiful island.

It was a wonderful stay! Maria was very very sweet and always took care of it. The apartment was modern and very clean. The hot tub and rooftop were simply indescribably beautiful. The apartment was a little far from the beach, at least on foot, but you could spend the day well in the accommodation. Everything you needed was available and Maria took care that you have everything you need. Would definitely return.

Traditional Village House ''Evangelia''

Although we did not meet the host, Angela was very present for us, whatever the subject. The value for money is correct (the downside remains the hardness of the mattresses but this type of problem is recurring in seasonal rentals). The listing and listing description are compliant. The location is quiet and the neighbors very friendly...with delicious melons producers. The village offers many services such as restaurants, grocery stores (with adorable managers), gas pump. The southern beach, about ten minutes away, is very appreciable and less touristy than those in the east of the island and there are inexpensive restaurants, mini-markets with absolutely everything, surf rentals and sunbeds... the place is worth a visit...think of sunscreen😉. In conclusion, the enchanting island of Rhodes offers many treasures to discover.

Excellent location. Regularly cleaned. Everything we needed for a few weeks stay. Lovely large balcony with great views. A list of numbers for local services would have been useful. We didn’t need a doctor but if we had, we had no way of knowing how to contact one.
