Massimo’s apartment was absolutely perfect. It’s within walking distance from all the main sites. It was a wonderful escape from the Roma heat, situated in a quiet alley that makes it perfect for a restful sleep. Massimo was very responsive, and communicated all information clearly. The apartment has everything you need to have a comfortable visit. When we visit Roma again, I will definitely book Massimo’s place again.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana splendida, tutto perfetto, casa pulitissima e attrezzata, la spiaggia è un po’ piccola, ma con i consigli del padrone di casa abbiamo trovato delle spiagge stupende a 10 minuti in macchina. Anche il nostro cane si è sentito come a casa sua, peccato che non c’era una piccola aspirapolvere per tirare su i peli. Sicuramente torneremo il prossimo anno!

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Paco nous a très bien reçu, avec des boissons fraîches à notre arrivée. Il nous a donné quelques adresses et astuces pour se déplacer à Rome, Paco est de très bon conseil. Paco est très attentionné, disponible et flexible pour les départs et arrivées. Le logement est spacieux, confortable, avec une terrasse très agréable. Tout était très propre. Séjour parfait ! Merci Paco.

A nice place to stay when traveling in Florence. The host provides detail information of the room when checking in and is always helpful. The room has a wonderful view!

The apartment was lovley, really spacious in the living areas and well done up throughout. There was everything you needed to cook and clean and there is a washing machine that we were able to clean clothes as we needed. The location was great for exploring Rome and is only a few minutes walk to the main Termini station where you can get the shuttle to and from the airport and get the metro/trains around the city. We only used this once however as, if able, you can walk everywhere. we had a great time and would highly recommend.

Lorenzo’s place was amazing to stay at. The space he provided was comfortable, and safe feeling- which was important for my sister and I who were traveling by ourselves. The location was great as well, 10/10 spot! Thanks again for letting us stay here Lorenzo!

Een hele fijne accommodatie om de omgeving van La Spezia te verkennen. Prachtig uitzicht en lekker rustig en schoon. Vanaf het huisje kan je mooie hikes maken.

Our stay was memorable we walked all the places we wanted to visit we didn’t have to take a taxi or public transportation. The place is nice and comfortable we had a great time!

Der Standard des Apartments ist auf einem sehr gehobenen Niveau. Klimaanlagen, Badezimmer, etc. waren top. Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfreich. An der Straße bei dem Apartment fanden wir immer einen Parkplatz. Die Lage eignet sich gut für Ausflüge. Das Zentrum der Ortschaft mit vielen Restaurants ist fussläufig in etwa 10-15 Minuten erreichbar.

Daniela’s apartment is super clean, modern, fully equipped and quiet. She is extremely helpful and responsive. For the price, I felt I got great value! Before booking, I would get acquainted with the bus system so you take a bus to sights and do most of walking around the sites not necessarily to the sites. Close to the piazza Michelangelo with a great view of Firenze. Bravisima, Grazie Mille, Daniela!

Wonderful stay we had. Our 1st leg of the trip and it’s started off with such a beautiful apartment. The apartment ambient is fantastic, the building architecture is awesome. The apartment is so cosy, we sleep well every night. It’s close to all the mandatory attractions, the Ponte vecchio bridge is just minutes away from the apartment. We walk twice to the piazzale Michelangelo, once for the evening sunset and once in early morning. From the apartment, it’s an easy 20 min stroll along the riverbank, the view is awesome. Just book, stay and enjoy life! Alfredo and Maurizio are both very responsive. We communicated well. Couldn’t ask for a better host.

We've stayed at many Airbnbs with great hosts but we have never met hosts like Fede and Ric who go over and above to make their guests feel welcomed. When we stepped into their home after walking through Rome's summer heat, we were met with a fresh and cool home and familiar music playing in the background. Everything is as clean and beautiful as pictured. The beds & pillows were very comfortable and we appreciated the personalized amenities. We normally pick restaurants based on google reviews/social media posts but Fede & Ric had prepared a comprehensive list of nearby restaurants as well as restaurants near the places we were planning to visit! We loved all of their recommendations and it really helped to narrow down where to go! They are very proactive hosts, knowing your potential needs before you even ask, e.g. the best ways and all the ways you could get to Rome Termini. You get more than a home with this airbnb, you get personalized service! We would love to return!!

Great location just a little over a block from metro. Place was very clean. Very modern amenities. Location was on street level but the street has no vehicle traffic so no noise or pedestrians walking by. Super easy self check in.

Great location for us and had a great stay! Very close to taxi stand and subway for getting around Rome. Erida very helpful & responsive when needed help with transportation.

In a city full of history and art, I can’t think of a better place to stay. The space was incredible. Silvia & Carla have created a place that immerses you in all that Florence is known for. The neighborhood is full of local shops and restaurants and public transit makes getting around the city a piece of cake. If and when we come back to Florence, this place will be where we stay.

The stay at Francesco’s place was perfect - beautiful appartment, great location close to the city center, very clean with everything you need. Francesco was a fantastic host. He showed us the free parking areas and gave us lots of great tips for things to do. He was extremely friendly and always responsive. I highly recommend staying there. Thank you, Francesco!

My stay at Andrea was perfect. He is very friendly, responsive and helpful. When I was arriving late in the evening he picked me up from the train station and even drove me to the next supermarket so I could get some food for the first night. Other than that he was always responding to my messages, giving me recommendations and tips for the area. The apartment is very bright, newly renovated, has everything you need and very spacious. All in all just a perfect stay! Highly recommended.

Una casa ampia, molto pulita, con un bel bagno, cucina e tutti in comfort compreso il climatizzatore. Si trova sempre parcheggio davanti casa. Mi ha accolto la mamma di Domenico, una persona gentilissima. Io sono soddisfatto ve lo consiglio.

Io e mio marito ci siamo trovati benissimo. La signora Angela e suo marito sono davvero molto gentili e alla mano. La casa è davvero deliziosa , puliutissima e fornita di tutto ciò che serve. My best stay in italy! Italians are in general friendlier than Germans (i'm German). But Maria goes one step further and shines with a hospitality that I have never experienced before. She really takes time for every little thing. She helped me to find my way around and through her I was able to meet wonderful and also very helpful people. Here in alfano you can relax in this huge apartment, have two balconies, the breathtaking view and this silence is just perfect after a long working day (working remotely). You get internet from your smartphone, the connection is first class despite the many mountains. You can arrive by car or, like me, take the bus from sapri and be in front of the huge courtyard in just over an hour. There is even a pizza oven in the courtyard. Ah pizza...just around the corner in 200 meters you can get some really good pizza from a pizzeria. If you are looking for relaxation and don't mind a few meters of altitude, then alfano is a great place.

The room, surrounding area, and Annie were all great. My only issue was being so far from the center of rome as i am a study abroad student, but that was a personal issue. Great place to stay if you don’t mind that. Annie was very helpful. Gave directions, recommendations, and was flexible with check in and check out. Great overall stay.

A pochi passi dal mare, vicino a ristoranti e supermercati, spazioso e pulito, aria condizionata che ci ha aiutato a sopravvivere durante le giornate più afose, ottimo prezzo visto la zona in cui si trova.

The attic apartment was perfect for the two of us. The building has an elevator but you do need to climb up one small set of stairs, not a complaint by any means just an as FYI if you have a big suitcase. The apartment had everything you needed, stove, mini fridge, 2 ways to make espresso, toaster oven, washer. If you do use the washer don't be a silly goose like me and NOT put the drainage tube in the bidet. 😅 There is a cute little market a few meters away and the historic center is within walking distance. I took day trips after I finished exploring Delicito. Bovino, Accadia, and Melfi are definitely close enough if you have a car. The bed is technically a sofa bed but it is at least a queen size, maybe even a king. My partner and I aren't very big or tall people so we had lots of space. The bedding was very comfortable and plush. The mattress again was surprisingly comfortable. Pietro was very hospitable and kind before, during, and after our stay.
