Non posso fare altro spendere buone parole per questa esperienza fantastica e complimentarmi con Riccardo per la gestione che riserva ai suoi clienti che tratta come fossero amici di vecchia data. Tutto perfetto..posizione ottimale a 10 minuti da Greve in Chianti,e circondato da aziende agricole e vigneti,ottima pulizia e alloggio molto molto particolare e curato nel dettaglio,sia all'interno che all'esterno dove si ha a disposizione il parcheggio coperto per la macchina e un grandissimo giardino che offre una visuale mozzafiato e panoramica sulla vallata. Riccardo disponibilissimo a chiarire ogni aspetto non solo riguardo la sua struttura ma anche di tutto ciò che lo circonda,pronto a consigliarvi e a darvi spiegazioni e indicazionii di ogni genere per rendere ottimale il vostro soggiorno. Quando tornerò da quelle parti passerò sicuramente a trovarlo.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Daniela’s place - it was clean, had stunning views and was quick access to Pisa, Florence & Siena. Beautiful pool and lovely terrace with amazing views and sunsets. The kitchen also had everything we needed, including local olive oil and pasta & local wine as a welcoming gift. Daniela went above and beyond providing us with lilos and a pump for the pool too. Overall, 10/10 stay!

If you are looking for a peaceful time cuddling very cute cats and breathing fresh air in beautiful surroundings, you are at the right place. We had a great time in the nature and found this little house very homely.

Adriana is een hele fijne host. We kregen een warm welkom en tips voor bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. Het huis is een prima uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen, zoals Amalfi kust en Napels. Het is fijn om aan het einde van de middag even in het zwembad te plonzen wat op een paar stappen van het appartement ligt.

Having traveled extensively through Europe we were a little doubtful about the consistently exceptional reviews of this apartment but here we are adding our 100% recommendation. The apartment is beautiful and the location provides access to several day trips, including Positano and Amalfi, assuming you ever want to leave the balcony. The views are stunning so staying put is a valid choice! What sets this Airbnb apart however are the hosts. Never have we had hosts who were so helpful and invested in our stay. On the day we arrived, Angela and her husband drove us to the market to buy provisions (we could have walked but they wanted to save us the trip up the stone steps). Every day Raffaele checked in with us to provide recommendations, advice, or to offer to arrange transportation- sometimes by him! He sent detailed pictures for directions and checked in to be sure we found the bus stops etc. There are a lot of steps, so bring your sneakers and enjoy this amazing property.

We cannot express how much we loved our stay at Saverio’s. It was absolutely PERFECT! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The home itself was beautiful in construction, clean, stylishly decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including little extras like fresh coffee, teas, local advertisements for restaurants, and also recommended the local grocery for toiletries or food items. Saverio’s home couldn’t be in a better location, tucked in a charming part of the countryside with views that will take your breath away and make you fall in love with this part of Italy. Even being out-of-town, you are close to everything. The town of Magione has a wonderful and friendly restaurant with fantastic pizza and entrees- I Cento Passi. Saverio, thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home, we are grateful for the experience.

Questa è la terza volta che siamo da Maria Cristina e Elisa. Sempre perfetto! Questa volta eravamo in 5 ma siamo venuti anche in coppia, soli con il cane, etc. è proprio un Oasis di relax, con buone viste e privacy. Vorremo venire al meno una volta al mese! La casa al interno è bella, ha tutti i dettagli per farla diventare una casa propria.

Micaelas lejlighed er et perfekt sted til 100% afslapning og dejlige vandreture. Lejligheden har alt hvad der skal bruges. Og der er mange dejlige udendørs opholdssteder. Landsbyen er rigtig hyggelig, og der er fine stier der til. Og mange andre steder at vandre. Michaela hjalp med bagage transport, da det sidste stykke op til huset ikke er til lave biler, også det var rigtigt godt. Der var rigtig god service fra Micaelas side under hele opholdet. Zeer attente communicatie en service!! Accommodatie overtreft de beschrijving. Grandioos uitzicht, een tuin zo groot als een park en een charmant ingerichte woning. Goede uitvalsbasis voor naburige steden of om in alle rust bij te komen.

Super schöne Unterkunft mit privater Dachterrasse, Tischtennisplatte im Innenhof und super Erreichbarkeit von ÖPNV und 24/7 Lebensmittelläden. Wir durften zu Acht anreisen und in der Unterkunft war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Von Handtüchern und Bettzeug mit ausreichend Schlafplatz für uns Alle bis hin zu Kosmetikartikeln und Küchenutensilien. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und klimatisiert. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns auch der schnelle und unkomplizierte Austausch mit dem Gastgeber und der flexible Check In und Check Out. Gern wieder!

Lorenzo’s home was fabulous! Right on the beach with a fantastic large patio area outside in the garden. The pictures do not show how truly beautiful the space is. Lorenzo is an exceptional host as he helped us figure out how to pay a parking ticket we had received. This is a great home for families.

Anna Maria ed il marito ci hanno accolto al nostro arrivi nel loro angolo di paradiso . Un posto molto bello con una vista panoramica dall alto verso la scogliera ed il mare. Pratesi è a circa 8 km da Marciana alta e 14 da Marciana Marina. Si sta bene e si respira aria buona. Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani non erano compresi nel servizio ma ci sono stati consegnati dall host. Consigliato a chi vuole stare in un posto tranquillo.

Clara war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin - freundlich, hat beim verspäteten Check-in auf uns gewartet, alles in der Wohnung erklärt. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben - super Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden, die Terrasse ist zu jeder Tageszeit nutzbar, weil es zwei Schirme gibt. Und drin ist es gemütlich, sauber, genug Schränke - alles da. Sehr gern kommen wir wieder, wenn wir mal in der Nähe sind.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was good, in easy walking distance to plenty of great restaurants and bars for aperitif. It is on the other side of the river from the typical tourist destinations like the David and the Uffizi, but because Florence is so easily walkable, it only took about 20 minutes to walk to any of those areas. This side of the river is definitely quieter, but still has plenty to do (including the Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens which are not to be missed)! As far as communication, it was absolutely top notch. We had an issue where the handle on the water faucet in the kitchen broke on Sunday, and the host was extremely quick to respond, and had a plumber out to fix the problem in under an hour. We were shocked and impressed, particularly given it was a weekend. The only thing to be aware of is that there is no air conditioning in the bedroom. The A/C in the living room is very good, but the bedroom could get a bit hot at night. Still we would return!

Emily's apartment is the perfect location to explore Lucca. She was extremely helpful when communicating and very prompt when replying to any queries.

Daniela stond ons op te wachten en gaf ons een rondleiding op het domein en in het huis. Het huis is goed uitgerust en gezellig ingericht en de locatie is prachtig. Er zijn verschillende leuke hoekjes gemaakt in de tuin en er zijn ook ligbedden aanwezig. Onze hond vond de tuin ook geweldig, en ging regelmatig op verkenning, wat geen enkel probleem was aangezien de tuin omheind was. We hadden spijt dat we hier maar 4 nachten zijn verbleven. Daniela gaf ook nog goede tips voor een restaurant in de buurt, en een buurt-en groentewinkel in het nabijgelegen dorp. We komen hier graag terug.

Paola e Gianni attenti ad ogni dettaglio e molto disponibili. Posto che merita di essere visitato. L'alloggio è incantevole, molto ben curato e la pulizia è ottima. Per chi cerca la tranquillità è una zona incantevole. Abbiamo trovato condizioni meteo variabili ma l'alloggio già riscaldato e le stufe accese, già questo è stato un ottimo benvenuto. All'interno dell'abitazione c'è tutto il necessario che può servire. Il posto è ideale per relax e camminate, per chi ama stare nella natura e in tranquillità.

Nicolina was a joy to deal with, so welcoming and very flexible with the checkout time, delicious home made tart on arrival. Everything was spotlessly clean and the views are amazing (in any weather!). Great private parking and the bonus of a washing machine. We ate all our meals on the patio, the clear screens offer great protection from either the cool evenings or the odd insect. Grazie mille Nicolina.

Valeria is a national treasure. Her house is really beautiful, especially once you know its history and is -- as the ad already mentions -- pretty secluded, offering great views. It's clean, nicely decorated and has the most beautiful views, as well as an amazing restaurant next to it. The road to get up the mountain is indeed quite steep and can be pretty scary if you're not an experienced (moped) driver. We had a minor accident getting up there and needed to get to the ER to get some stitches, but it was no problem at all because Valeria helped us with every step along the way. We ended up having dinner all together and it was so fun. All in all, I'd really recommend the Valeria as a host and her home as a holiday destination, given that you're comfortable and able to drive up a pretty steep hill. :)

Authentique et chaleureux L'accueil a été exceptionnel, toujours disponibles, serviables et remplis de bienveillance. Ce lieu est un véritable paradis niché en pleine nature, loin du bruit et de la pollution. Un cadre paisible et superbe où l'on se sent immédiatement bien. Chaque instant ici m’a rappelé les doux souvenirs de mon enfance chez mes grands-parents. Tout était parfait, du confort intérieur à l’atmosphère magique qui règne ici. Si vous cherchez un endroit où vous pourrez vous détendre et vous ressourcer, n’hésitez pas une seule seconde ! J’ai séjourné ici en mois de mai et le climat était idéal. Un véritable havre de paix où l’on a envie de revenir encore et encore. Si vous adorez la nature et la simplicité, c’est le meilleur endroit pour les vivre pleinement. Mettez vos smartphones de côté, profitez du temps et du moment présent, qui rappellent une époque magnifique et précieuse, une époque qui n’existe plus aujourd’hui. this place is really a hidden gem. it's on the top of a mountain, very private, very quiet. the house itself is very clean, very well equiped and even better then in the pictures. if you are looking for rest, peace and quiet, go there. the pool, the garden, the terasses, are perfect. Also valentina and family are extremely friendly and fast to help with anything. would definitly recomend

sehr schön und ruhig mit tollem Aussenbereich, den wir täglich genutzt haben. Paolo ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. In 15 Minuten erreicht man die Metro, wo man eifach alle Orte erreichen kann.

Belle situation pour visiter la toscane. Hôte très accueillant. Pleins d’attentions à notre arrivée. Cake aux pommes, bouteille de spumente et de chianti et du vino santo fait maison. Et de la marmelade de pêche. Choyé comme des seigneurs. La piscine privative super. Endroit à recommander
