Vacation rentals with an accessible height bed in Apennine Mountains

This is a gem of an apartment with excellent hosts who have thought of everything you needs to be comfortable. The air conditioner worked perfectly, the apartment is quiet, and the location is ideal. If you find this place with availability, book it!!

We had the most beautiful stay at Polly’s gorgeous home! She was an excellent host, very welcoming and extremely helpful. We arrived late and hungry and she was able to call a nearby restaurant to make us a last minute reservation. It was the best meal at a very romantic spot 💖 Amenities were great and exactly as described…we were so happy to do a load of laundry and to have a cool place to relax in the heat of the summer. Polly reserved us a taxi to take us back to the airport. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Rome! Great location within walking distance to all the sights. Don’t skip the bakery right on the corner, everything is delicious!

There are not enough words in the English language to describe these beautiful people,their apartment and Tivoli. Armando and Alessandro are two of the most caring people you will ever find.We did not expect what they did for us and we feel like we have made special friends for life!I proposed to my gf on the terrace 14/06/25 and they set up the most beautiful scene you will ever find.Armando exchanged so many messages in the months leading up to our stay,sent pics for me to approve and went above and beyond of what you would expect from an AirBNB host. The apartment was so clean,spotless and beautifully decorated and furnished. View from the terrace(x2) and master bedroom are out of this world.The waterfall can be heard also which is so peaceful.I would need another 10,000 words to truly describe these people and their place but limited to 1000.If you are going to Tivoli book here.There is no place on earth to match it.Thank you both we send our love and will 100% return some day ♥️

We stayed here for a few nights and had a fantastic time! The views were amazing, and the place was very spacious and clean. Lapo was fantastic - really helpful, even picking us up and dropping us back off at the bus stop. We'd highly recommend!

Gherardo’s place was exactly as we expected— the apartment was very nice and the location was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet, yet close to the Duomo, restaurants and shopping. Gherardo accommodated our early check in and gave us some great recommendations for restaurants, gelato and shopping. We appreciated having a washer in the apartment, and the kitchen was well stocked. Gherardo’s communication was quick and extremely helpful, especially when dealing with the train strike. With his help, we were able to get tickets to travel to our next destination. Thank you for a great stay!

10/10! Cecilia is a very responsive, kind and hospitable host. It's the reason her listing is ranked as a guest favourite, with super host status. Cecilia provided local recommendations, and the location is unbeatable, with the metro, Colosseum and other key sights within walking distance. The apartment was pristine, in the midst of the activity in Rome, yet the apartment is quiet and peaceful. Excellent value for money too! I'll be back!

Nadia is a great host, perfect and fast communication. Always available for any questions. The apartment is perfect for two couples, nicely decorated, two full bathrooms and all the amenities. Very quiet building, easy to get into. Great neighborhood, lots of local restaurants, stores, small parks in the area. Highly recommended.

Giuseppe's place was wonderful! Took some work getting our luggage up the steps, but it was super clean and his proactive, detailed instructions on how to find it were perfect. on the main road, but tucked back in so it was close to restaurants and things to do, but super peaceful! Would definitely stay here again!

Casa Anastasia was the perfect home base for our time in Positano 🌊. The view is stunning, the space is clean and peaceful, and everything felt thoughtfully prepared 🏡. Luisa was incredibly helpful—kind, responsive, and attentive without ever being intrusive 🙏. She helped us arrange porter service and made sure we had everything we needed. Vielen Dank es hat wirklich sehr gut gefallen, insbesondere der Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den kleinen Hafen und der Sonnenuntergang waren einfach traumhaft. Eine gelungene Auszeit.

Posto bellissimo, famiglia stupenda. Ci siamo fermati io e mio papà, solo una notte per dormire per poi, il giorno dopo partire presto, e comunque abbiamo incontrato Roberto e suo figlio e son persone d'oro. Sono stati molto chiari nel dare indicazioni per come arrivare alla casa in campagna ed inoltre sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili ad ogni richiesta. Conoscono bene la zona, e nel caso si voglia visitare Ancona e i suoi dintorni, sanno consigliare i posti migliori. La casa è pulita ed ordinata, e la zona è molto bella dal punto di vista estetico un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi (abbiamo perfino visto le lucciole). Se si deve alloggiare in un posto vicino ad Ancona questo è il migliore!

We loved our stay in this beautiful vacation home, perfectly located in the peaceful Tuscan countryside. Sandra is a very attentive host, she was always available for any questions and proactively communicated making the check in process very easy. The house is well appointed. I would like to point out though that only one of the bedrooms has total privacy as the other two bedrooms can only be closed off by a curtain. This contributed to its charm as a lot of the old features of the house were preserved, and wasn't a problem for us. We definitely would come back. Thank you Sandra.

A beautiful property to stay in while exploring this wonderful city. We had a very late check in & Matteo & Suzanna were so accommodating. The home is a fantastic place of calm & coolness after a hot day spent in a busy city. Great local places to eat & artisan makers… thank you we loved Flora & would recommend & love to return someday .

Mario's place was excellent. Great location with lots of places to eat and drink. The area was buzzing with life! The flat was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay in Naples. Would definitely recommend!

Martina was so kind and helpful, she even gave us a brief tour of the apartment upon check in. She ensured we knew where everything was located and she has a binder of any information needed. We enjoyed the seating area in front for breakfast and coffee. We loved how close the apartment is from the train station so we could walk to and from to save us time and some money. The location is very walkable to many restaurants, shops and sights. We loved that there is a grocery store near by and also a "sight seeing bus" stop around the corner. We found the bedding comfortable and the apartment felt safe. Everything is very nice and ready for guests who may decide to have a meal in vs going out too.

We stayed two nights to visit Bologna. The apartment is excellent for that matter because it is close to the city center and you can easily do everything by foot. We had a really lovely stay, the apartment was well-equipped and had everything you might need. Highlights of our trip were the recommendations by our host Caterina, she really made our day by giving very good tips on restaurants. From the beginning, she made us feel really welcome and is definitely among the best host we’ve ever had. We really had a great time there!

Tout était conforme, soigné, impeccablement propre, et la literie est un véritable cocon de confort — difficile de sortir du lit le matin 😄 Mais le vrai coup de cœur ? Roberta. Une hôte comme on en rêve : réactive (réponses en moins de 5 minutes !), bienveillante, pleine de conseils ultra utiles pour découvrir les coins secrets, manger comme un local, et profiter à fond de la ville. Franchement, ne pas aller chez vous serait une grave erreur ! Ce séjour a été exceptionnel à tous points de vue. Jamais eu une telle expérience sur Airbnb. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, individuell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Sie liegt in einem Stadtteil, in dem vornehmlich Einheimische wohnen, Napoli pur. Busse und U-Bahn in 5-10 min erreichbar. Angela und Alessandro empfingen uns außerordentlich herzlich und haben uns während des gesamten Aufenthaltes mit hilfreichen Tipps versorgt. Man spürt, dass sie ihre Stadt sehr lieben und ihren Gästen jede Möglichkeit geben möchten, diese Faszination zu teilen. Grazie Mille liebe Angela und Alessandro, wir kommen ganz sicher wieder! Las vistas son impresionantes desde todas las estancias, especialmente desde el balcón, que se convirtió en nuestro rincón favorito. La ubicación es perfecta, a solo unos minutos a pie de los principales puntos de interés. Apartamento super bien equipado, no echamos nada en falta, con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Las habitaciones son amplias y las camas cómodas. Mirko y su familia fueron unos anfitriones excepcionales. Sin duda, un lugar al que q nos encantaría volver!

Sabrina was an amazing host! She greeted us at the door when we arrived and made us feel instantly welcome. We stayed for 5 nights and had an incredible experience. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and located in a safe, beautiful area. Everything we needed was within walking distance, including great restaurants and the metro. Sabrina was extremely responsive, always replying within two minutes whenever we had a question. On our last night, we enjoyed a bottle of wine on the peaceful terrace, which was the perfect way to end our stay. This Airbnb far exceeded our expectations. Sabrina is by far the best host I’ve ever had, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
