We have stayed at Jill's properties a few times and she is always a great host! She communicates well and always responds promptly! The properties are very nicely appointed and have everything you need for an enjoyable stay! We will certainly stay with Jill again!

We stay here every year for a family reunion and the host is very responsive to our needs and endeavors to make our experience the best possible. We intend to keep coming back as the property is so perfect.

Wendy's place was so beautiful and peaceful. We loved the location. The house was so clean and had everything you need to cook a great meal and enjoy a family gather. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Alexander's place was absolutely perfect. I loved how responsive he was to all my questions and how he helped us when suggestions were needed right away for somewhere to take the kids to play. The home was beautiful, clean and cozy I could lay around and relax all day if I wanted to. I loved the park across the street for the kids. So many stores and restaurants near by for last minute items. As we drove off my 6 year old son said he wants to come back to this house when it snows again, and I couldn't agree more. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay, you won't regret it. I can't wait to go back.

Kathy was great, very friendly and responsive. Check in was a breeze and the home was amazing. Everything you need for a trip away from home. Peace and quiet was the goal and from start to end Kathy did not disappoint! Would absolutely recommend the property and any others Kathy is associated with!!!

A beautiful home to stay for the time here

Beautiful location, we really enjoyed our stay. Came in from Northwest Arkansas for a wedding and it was perfect for us.

Our stay at Joni’s Sequoia Mountain home was absolutely perfect! It was the ideal escape from the Phoenix heat for our multigenerational family. The cabin was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and incredibly clean. A truly tranquil retreat where we could relax and reconnect. The space was impressively well stocked with everything a family might need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From kitchen essentials to thoughtful extras like board games for the kids. Every detail was considered. Joni was an exceptional host. She is communicative, and helpful. Her responses were always prompt, and the guide she provided was full of useful information. She went above and beyond by recommending local attractions and even kept us informed about traffic conditions that could affect our drive. Everything about the experience exceeded our expectations. Joni is truly a perfect host, and we look forward to returning!

My husband and I had the best time! The tiny home is very thoughtfully laid out and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The backyard was a wonderful place to relax at the end of the day, and our dog loved the doggie door! Very close to great restaurants and hiking. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Want a place of peace and relaxation? This is it!! Beautiful views, extremely quiet and private. Property was stunning inside and out. Dawson was a pleasure to work with. Extremely responsive and professional. An added bonus is that Sun Rise Ski Resort is roughly 15 or so minutes down the road. This property and Dawson deserve more than 5 stars. We will be returning in the future!

I appreciated that it looked exactly like the pics. It was all newly remodeled and super clean. We loved the master shower and how much space there was throughout to keep our things. It’s an amazing place and accommodated our group of 10 easily. We will definitely stay there again! We loved the dog run in the back so our little dog could let himself out without us having to worry. Thanks again! .

My son wanted a fishing birthday party this year so we decided to do a staycation! The cabin and area were perfect, walking distance from the lake where he caught 4 catfish, 1 trout and a carp on his birthday, his day was made! We frequent Rainbow Lake but even being 5 mins from home we still felt as if we were somewhere else on vacation. Sean was super responsive, everything was perfect!

We really enjoyed staying at the cabin. We are traveling between Colorado and Southern Arizona and have stayed at many Airbnb locations. This is definitely one I want to stay at again. Very spacious, clean and I love the coffee and kitchen space. Perfect for our needs.

We were looking for a relaxing, clean, modern, and pet-friendly retreat, and this cabin checked all the boxes and more. 🤎 From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The cabin was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our pup loved it too! We spent our days enjoying nature, soaking in the hot tub, and exploring the charming neighborhood. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure.
