This room is in the first floor. We would not take room cleaning fee. We are always Welcoming guests ! 和泉多摩川駅から4分、新宿、渋谷からも25分です。原宿（明治神宮前）までも25分です。同じ位の距離です。下北沢までも15分です。近くには、スーパーやコンビニ、深夜まで営業の焼き肉店などがあり、便利。東京駅へも、新宿経由、代々木上原経由（二重橋前下車）にて、至便です。羽田空港からも京急、南武線にて1時間くらいと至便。成田空港からは、成田エクスプレス新宿経由で２約時間。
