Zwei Terrassen mit Garten münden auf den glatten Felsen. Zum hauseigenen Strand sind es nur 3 Gehminuten. Je nach Wellengang kann man auch direkt vorm Haus ins Wasser springen.

Beautiful villa with private pool, not overlooked. The villa is located in a new residence 10 minutes from downtown Agadir and the beaches. Close to all amenities including the Sela shopping center: Carrefour, Kiabi, Decathlon, Parkids, McDonald's, etc. (5-min drive) and many other shops. Very quiet and secure family residence, well maintained I'm happy to help with any additional information and wish you a pleasant stay in Agadir.
