Humberto was an excellent host, responded quickly to messages and concerns and was very kind. The house is quite cozy, as shown in the photos. It is located in a private development, which provides a lot of security. It has green areas, which is a plus, especially if you have pets. Highly recommended.

Franklin is an amazing host. when I asked for something he went above and beyond and in a very timely manner. the house is in a very safe area, which was important to us. the yard was great for our 2 dogs. the fireplace was awesome and wood was supplied. there are little restaurants close by or you can taxi for $1.5 into the town of Cotacachi. there is also a tienda close by for bread etc. we were not used to barking dogs in the night, but that will not stop us from returning. definitely recommend Franklin's place.

The stay was excellent. The accommodation was very clean, as seen in the photos, and everything worked perfectly. Access was easy thanks to the clear instructions. And communication with quick and friendly. The place is very quiet, ideal for resting, and at the same time it is located close to everything: the main street with leather goods stores, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies and more. It also has a very large garage where several cars can be parked, I definitely recommend it and would stay here again.
