The apartment has a beautiful view of the Vilcanota River. The apartment is fully equipped and with all the amenities. Through an outside door you have access to a beautiful orchard to enjoy nature with fruit trees and many flowers. The dining room, kitchen and bathroom is new construction. It has a washing machine and clothesline with hot and cold water installation. It has an interior garden with a pergola with armchairs to rest.

The loft-style suite features exposed wooden beams and a spacious wooden bedframe. Natural light fills the area, highlighting the rustic decor. A kitchenette and modern sink are visible, along with a textured area rug on the polished wooden floor.
