Beachfront vacation rentals in Anse Royale

We had a wonderful stay. The location offers stunning views, and the property itself is charming with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It’s just a short staircase down to a secluded little beach, which was a lovely bonus. Having a parking space was a big plus, especially since we had a car with us for all three days. Great restaurants and cafés were just a 5-minute drive away, making it super convenient. We highly recommend this stay for anyone visiting Mahé!

Accommodation complies in all respects. We arrived before the scheduled time. We only waited 15 minutes with a welcome drink. The area is peaceful and there is a restaurant just below with a perfect chef! A little extra, if you have Creole breakfast, don't plan to eat at noon.

Very kind hosts! The lady of the house was so kind. Offered us transportation from the airport which came in handy. In addition we got absolutely spoiled with fresh fruits from her garden! She also recommended some great eating places. Thank you for this lovely stay!

Amanda's place was by far the best accommodation we stayed in Seychelles. I really enjoyed the privacy that came with the place, the private beach and paddle board were my favorite morning activities. The house itself was very spacious for a group of 5. The house had all the amenities needed and more! Would definitely recommend!

Nice simple accommodation, in a great location. Directly on the sea with access to the sea with great snorkeling opportunities. There is a small supermarket nearby and Victoria is also only 15 minutes away by car. We were super satisfied!

Eden Island is truly a paradise and the house goes with it. It’s wonderful getting around the complex in the golf cart which is provided. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

Our second time to Eden Island and Jo’s place was perfect for us. It’s right across the way from our favorite secret pool. Highly recommend!

We had a pleasant holiday week on Mahe in this beautiful apartment with pool. Please keep in mind the pool is not cold :-) . It's as nice and warm as the sea :-) . It was still wonderful to sit in the pool at sunset in the evening with a glass of wine. The transfer from Jetty to the apartment went smoothly. As agreed with Beryl. Bola picked us up and showed us a lot of things on the way to the apartment. The care during the week by Bola was just great! Thank you for that! Whether by WA or phone, he was always there for us:-) ! The location of the apartment was ideal for us. We did not want to rent a rental car on Mahe, but ride the bus. The bus stop is really about 5 minutes by walk. A very well-stocked supermarket is less than 10 minutes walking. There's a good TakeAway there, too. The apartment really looks as shown on the pictures. The two of us felt really comfortable there. We will be happy to come back! Thank you!

This is a wonderful place. We really like the location as we were right on the water, close to the club house and all of the beaches. Perfect for our family!

One of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in! The apartment was decorated so nice and had loads of personal touches inside. The pool area was beautiful amongst a lovely green garden with loads of sun loungers to choose from. Silvia was so quick and responsive. Her and her husband helped with some sun burn for us, thank you again! Would definitely recommend staying here for Beau Vallon beach!

Danielle and staff were just wonderful! The place is in great location near the best beach on the island. The closest shop is basically in your backyard! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely be back!

Great host and great place! There is bus stop just next to the house if you dont have the car. Plus, you got little shops just outside the apartment if you need. 100% recommended!

The apartment is beautiful, clean, and super comfy, with attention paid to every small detail. Fully equipped kitchen including everything you need and even more (a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and waffle maker just to name a few). The view from terrace is exactly the same as on the photo. The apartment has good AC and ventilators in every room plus on the terrace. Comfy bed with good linens. Beach and shower towels are provided. The place is quiet and private, and the location is great. John was the best host! He always responded fast, gave me his full support, clear instructions, helpful information. He helped me a lot when my flight was canceled last minute and I had to change my plans - date change, plus early check-in and late check-out were provided free of charge!!! I couldn't ask for more! I highly recommend everyone book one of his places for a vacation you won't regret!!!

The villa is uniquely beautifully nestled in the mountains, overlooking the green hillside and the sea. We really enjoyed the view from every room and from the balcony and patio. The villa is equipped with everything you need. The pool is accessible via a short, beautiful path and has a magnificent view of the mountainside. Since the accommodation is in the mountains, you drive by car from Beau Vallon 10/15 min on narrow, winding roads with partly blind curves. A real adventure. But we got used to it very quickly and there is not much traffic on this road.

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment! Everything was exactly as described – spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the comfortable beds. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. It was also quiet and peaceful in the evenings, which made it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. The host was incredibly welcoming and responded quickly to any questions, making our stay even more enjoyable. Renaud answered email questions immediately and was helpful with advice and his kind guidance. Everything we needed for our stay was in the apartment. This was our third stay on Eden Island and this was the nicest apartment that we've rented. We would like to say a big thank you to Renaud and hope that this apartment will be available should we make a return visit in the future. There are no negative comments as all was very good!

We had a wonderful stay. Valina and her husband are very accommodating & helpful. They live downstairs, which is very convenient for spontanious help or flexible check-in/ chek-out times. The complimentary water bottle in the fridge is a nice touch. The apartment is well located & has a private parking spot right outside the house. Not only by car, but also on foot the most important things can be reached quickly: beautiful beach, supermarket, takeaway & restaurant. The apartment is well equipped & very clean. It has a nice balcony & a spacious living area. It even has separate ACs for the bedroom & living room. The wifi is reliable. Unfortunately for me personally the bed was not so comfortable as the mattress has a lot of noticeable springs. But I guess everyone has different feelings about that.
