The house is located by itself on the beach, and here is idyllic, peace and quiet. The cottage is located in the middle of nature, and you will wake up to the sound of waves and wildlife close by. In our lovely large basement apartment of about 90 m2, you get just a little extra for your money. There is a large, luxurious bathroom with a wellness shower. I've made the beds, and the towels are ready. In the kitchen, there is a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator/freezer, coffee machine, and electric kettle. Bedroom, entrance, large living room, and a room with two beds. The apartment has marble floors and underfloor heating and is located in the basement of the house. There is a nice wooden terrace with access to an annex with an extra bedroom. IMPORTANT: The tenant is responsible for cleaning and tidying up. No partying or loud music.

Kaløvig Boatsport is less than one km from the house. In the house there is dining and sleeping space for 4 people. Towels, dishcloths, duvets, bed linens, and firewood for the cozy wood-burning stove.
