Perfect to relax. The house is located 20 minutes from the airport "Eleftherios Venizelos" and around 40-45 minutes from the centre of Athens. Although it is in Attica, it gives an island feeling, as the sea is directly in front of you. The rocky beach is unorganised and has very clear waters. However, if you prefer organised beaches, there are plenty of options. Good place if you work from home and want to getaway from the big city life. The house is ecologically built and has a big garden!

Our cosy 1 bedroom traditional stone house is located on Aisopidi street, few min away from the central square of Lavrion, the Marina and the port. It is fully equipped with a lovely kitchen, workspace and a small attic. It will be your stepping stone to explore the picturesque Lavrion. Restaurants, Bars, cafes, the whole local market are just on your doorstep. Within walking distance you may enjoy the relaxing seaview and your dinner by the sea! Ideal for friends, couples, solo travelers.

Cape Villa is a stunning, sunlit contemporary house right by the sea. It is perfectly placed to enjoy a relaxed vacation just by the sea, or to combine it with sightseeing around Athens. The house is located on the edge of the cape, just only 20 meters from the sea. It is about 35 minutes drive from Athens airport and about 50 minutes away from Athens city center. The center of Lavrion is only a 5 minute drive and there you can find many tavernas, coffee shops, super markets and bars.
