Such a special stay! We spent the weekend here and honestly, it was amazing. The place was super cozy and beautifully put together — every little detail felt thoughtfully designed. The mix of modern simplicity and Cycladic interior design gave it such a unique vibe, and everything was spotless. The view from the room was just stunning (both at the sunset and sunrise) — we caught ourselves just sitting and staring out at it more than once. What made our stay even more special was the hospitality. Both our hostess was incredibly friendly, kind, and genuinely helpful. They made us feel so welcome and taken care of. Would 100% recommend this place and would love to come back.

Words cannot describe the beauty of Fos, the warmth of our hosts, or the peacefulness of the Aegean Sea vista from the home. I am glad I didn’t let the few reviews or our nervousness of driving in Greece keep us from saying yes to this wonderful place. The home is amazing — well-built, comfortable and clean with little details that you will appreciate. Sitting on the chairs in the front we could look for hours at the sea. Katerina helped me navigate all of our planning and she and Theodore were kind and warm throughout our visit. The drive from Gravio requires a car and (if you come from a place of straight, flat roads) a sense of adventure but the vistas are amazing and worth it. My children and I had a really wonderful week at Lyam's beautiful accommodation. It is not often that somewhere not only meets, but exceeds, your expectations. My son summed it up when he said 'this is the most beautiful place that you have ever taken us'! The views were stunning, super relaxed and everything that you need. Sandra's house offers you a Greek experience on one of the most beautiful and authentic islands in Greece. Far from the crowds and with multiple beaches and taverns within walking distance. It looks like a personal home where the owner has taken care of every last detail. Highly recommended to deepen your knowledge of authentic Greece. We'll be back for sure

It's just a climb up (just gas well and distribute suitcases well over your rental car haha) but then you have something. Beautiful very charming house with fantastic views over the bay and sea. From the bedrooms with the windows open you can hear the sea and feel the breeze. There was nothing more restful than that. The garden is a picture and have breakfast under the bougainville and a cup of coffee makes the day. Even though you would not leave the house, you can have a great time chilling in the large garden, with beautiful plants, watching the sea and the starter cat. We loved it here that the coziness and liveliness is within walking distance. There are plenty of nice coffee shops and restaurants in the marina. Cozy and small-scale but with plenty of choice and great quality. Foreini is a top hostess. We didn't meet but got a good idea through the messages. She responds super quickly, is flexible and had lots of useful and fun tips. We felt very welcome.

Irini was very helpful. The house is very beautiful , with a great view! Very close to Batsi with easy access, if you have a car.
