Stay in the old village schoolhouse

Our historic school building with wonderfully high ceilings and its thick sandstone walls offers plenty of space (about 130 square meters) for up to four people. It was lovingly ecologically renovated by us until 2013. Downstairs there is a large kitchen-living room, upstairs a cozy small bedroom and a large studio, which can also be used by artistically ambitious guests. From Gräfenhausen you can go directly to the Palatinate Forest by mountain bike or on foot. The nearest climbing rock is also a 20-minute walk. In the village there is a small restaurant with a village shop and a bakery (both directly opposite the house).

The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Quiet apartment in Wachenheim

Cozy, quiet apartment on the 2nd floor, with balcony, as well as courtyard and use of our Mediterranean-designed garden. The apartment is located near the city center of Wachenheim, with small restaurants and wineries, surrounded by gardens on the way to the ruins of Wachtenburg, which offers a magnificent view. The apartment is a bright, friendly granny apartment, consisting of 1 living room/bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, underfloor heating. In the courtyard there is a covered, shady or sunny seating area for the guests. In the garden there is another seating option. The apartment is located in a small, old winegrower's house. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful. A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity of the house. A washing machine is available for longer stays

Our 400 year old estate, originally a winemaker's estate, is located under the Saint Anna Kapella in the charming village of Burrweiler. We are located on the Southern Weinstrasse, the perfect location for hiking, cycling, wine tasting and regional culinary delights.
