Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Annecy

very nice cottage overlooking Mont Blanc. We had a nice relaxing and quiet vacation. Possibility of walking to the Col du Cliergeon just above.

Family of 6 aged from 6 years to 72 years old and we all had such a great time at this beautiful house. Lots of room for all of us. The amenities were fab and kept all of us entertained, the games room is such an added bonus and so happy that the owners choose to share that and not lock it off - think we all become frustrated F1 drivers by the end of our stay! Bedrooms were really comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Very quiet and peaceful, lovely walk to the lake and we enjoyed the bikes to cycle along the cycle route. We wished we could’ve stayed longer but due to another booking we could only stay for 3 nights, would not hesitate to recommend or return.

All the facilities were well-equipped, clean, and nice. However, the lack of air conditioning was a bit disappointing. In particular, Jerome's kind explanations and guidance were really good.

We had a wonderful time! The location has so much natural beauty. And it was such a treat to start the day with a quick swim in the pool. Sarah and Claude are gracious and welcoming hosts.

We had a pleasant stay. The accommodation was just great, a magnificent view, peaceful, very welcoming hosts. Thanks to Antony for hosting us and for his kindness.

Beautiful place in very peaceful village, but close to Annecy, lake, even Geneve. Very easy to find and possible to park car just few meters from the door. We came with dogs and they were welcomed. Few grocery stores are very close, walking distance and opened on sunday. Hippolyte answered every question in short time. We loved this place.

We come to Annecy every year, so we are familiar with the area and really loved Guillaume’s place! He was so friendly and helpful, and his apartment was very clean and comfortable. We hope to stay again next year:)

I’ve already decided that one day I’m coming back for three weeks one day! Patricia we absolutely loved staying at your apartment, it was so beautiful, well appointed and had so many places to sit and relax. We loved meeting your chickens and cats, and especially you! I highly rate Angela’s place if you need a beautiful home base to explore Annecy.

Beautiful view, from the living room, the main sleeping room and of course the terrace. Every evening dining with the wonderful view of the lake and the mountains in front. The highlight for us. Location wise: Less than a block away from the bicicle trail that goes around the lake, and about 3 blocks from a nice small beach of grass. Right behind the house there is a bike rental place with friendly people and a restaurant. The apartment has fantastic blinds that blackout completely the morning sun, so you can sleep way past the sun is up and shining. The spaces were ample for 5 people. One negative point was the awfully slow Wi-Fi, maybe a plus if you want to "disconnect" from the world. I did get good 5G though. The only thing that needs attention: on warm days the sleeping rooms can become unbearably hot if not managed well. We needed to ventilate the whole upper floor to cool down for the night. And one day we had to setup the AC in the master room. We'll certainly return

Very clean and adorable place! Loved the hidden clues game!!

We were on a family holiday with a mixture of adults and kids and babies. Cecile’s place was great for our holiday. It is very well located, it was a 5min walk to a small group of shops that had restaurants and a beautiful patisserie, 5min walk to a supermarket, 5min walk to restaurants on the lake, 5min walk to multiple bustops and a bus top right outside but most importantly only 5min walk to the beach and is a lovely walk through a reserve. The old town is also walking distance about 30min along a beautiful lake front promenade. The house itself is spacious with a large living area in open plan and a balcony. It also has a large backyard which our kids loved playing in. The only downside for us would be that the upstairs bedrooms were rather warm while we were there but we still all slept well and it probably wasn’t appropriate for under 5 year olds with various ornaments and 3 levels of stairs. Thank you Cecile, our family will have great memories of our stay in Annecy.

This was a PERFECT location of our large group! Gorgeous and very well taken care of. It was so beautiful that we decided to just hang around the house on some days :) Vincent and I communicated before and during our stay as he wanted to make sure that all was going well. He was always receptive and available when we had questions. You can't go wrong with this lovely home. I will definitely come back if it is still available!!!

Very nice accommodation located on the heights of Belley. The view is beautiful and the accommodation is very spacious, clean and has all the amenities you need for your stay. Special mention to the elevated swimming pool that allows you to admire the view!

Three wonderful days in the very pretty house of Aude, impeccable house, very well equipped in everything, perfect bathroom, nice and practical kitchen, the bedding is super comfortable, the rooms are lovely, dream location with views of the lake and the Alps, very nice garden, we don't know what to add as everything was positive, we had a hard time leaving! Aude was more than charming and attentive, flexible, quick to respond, we absolutely recommend it! And we hope to come back!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for two families, lots of social space, great outdoor space & pool. Fully equipped, had everything we needed, and the hosts were always available, friendly and responsive to our queries. Our first time on Lake Annecy, we absolutely loved it, this house is perfectly located to some of the best parts of the lake. We would definitely come back again.

We loved staying in this French villa! My kids (3, 5 and 7) spent hours in the backyard while we hung out on the terrace and stared at the view! The house is gorgeous and thoughtfully designed - we felt right at home. It’s an easy drive to Annecy and surrounding area - we also did a day trip to Chamonix. The bakery down the hill also has amazing chocolate croissants. Thanks for a great stay!

Fanny. Thank you so much for renting your beautiful home to us. It was a perfect. Our 3 teenage boys loved the pool and the location was amazing with its convenience to the 20 bus. The boys could have free time to explore themselves and also time with mum and dad. 5 stars. 6 stars if I could .
