Had a great time, very quiet neighborhood, beautiful view, nice place to stay, quick walk to a secluded beach, great place to stay on the north shore

This place was brilliant! I was on vacation in Princeville w/ mom and dad, and this place was exactly what we needed. It was a <10 minute drive from Hanali bay, restaurants, beaches, Hāʻena park shuttle stop. The AirBnB had a nice kitchen w/ enough cooking material to make dinner/breakfast and save a few bucks while visiting the island. We had a nice view of the ocean, and a few hidden trails near our place. Parking was hella easy. I'm def returning to the island, and if the lord be blessed, this AirBnB will be available for booking. :) Shout out to Brooke for communicating recs to us, for being so responsive, and kind throughout our trip.

We had a great stay here. Very relaxing and felt at home. Beautiful views, and the pool was a nice way to unwind at the end of a day of hiking in the area. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and tidy. The ocean view was amazing with the sunrise. The balcony was a great place to enjoy the view and people watch.

I don’t think we could have picked a better place to stay on our honeymoon than Aloha Kai. Jon’s place is modern and immaculate with a homey feel and all the amenities you could ask for. He is a responsive host and it was apparent he wanted us to have a memorable stay. Kapaa is an excellent area with lots of great restaurants and shops in walking distance yet not overly crowded. My wife and I can’t wait to return! 10/10 would recommend Jon’s Aloha Kai paradise!

Fantastic spot in Princeville. Can’t beat the views. Spent a lot of time on the balcony - starting and ending our days there. Enjoyed the pool as well. Would rent here again.

I probably do not have enough characters to list all of the great things about staying here! First off, you are right on the water and the rocks keep people from hanging out in your view, so you can listen to the gorgeous, fairly large waves in peace. The closest beach is on the highway, but I noticed there is another beach within easy walking distance. Walk past two driveways and you will see a somewhat hidden “beach access” sign near a one way sign. The unit was clean, the kitchen is gorgeous and I loved the art they had hanging. The air conditioning in the bedroom kept the room very cool and comfortable. The other one did a pretty good job, too. We overheat easily, but we were comfortable. This location is great because you are midway between the two end-of-the-road points on the island. There are lots of places to eat. If you want to save some money, the best grocery prices we saw were at Big Save.

Hands down our best Airbnb experience ever, the house is better than the photos, was clean, comfortable and right on a beach with a wonderfully well kept and large yard. It was a pleasure to come back to it each day after exploring the island. That said, what made the trip exceptional was the host, Kendall was a pleasure to interact with, always responsive and super helpful regarding the house and the area, made several recommendations and even called local resources to confirm that certain parks were open or closed during our stay. We can highly recommend staying here, no regrets.

This was a great place and a short walk to the beach. Also great how close it was to the airport after a long flight to the island. Wonderful Airbnb hosts as well as they were always super responsive and proactive. Loved being about midway between the North and Southside of the island. Couple places we loved near by, favorite shaved ice was Hee Fat and Malasadas at Paradise bakery. Like this rental, very reasonable prices and offer fantastic products!

We have stayed at many different properties of Susanne’s over the years, and this was one of our favorite places to stay. Exactly as depicted in the ad. Super clean and super convenient. We can’t wait to come back to Kauai and stay in one of Susanne’s properties in the future.

This home was absolutely beautiful. It was clean and comfortable and the AC did not disappoint. It was fully stocked with everything we needed and more! Nice neighborhood close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. The only downfall (which is no fault of the house or host) is that the next door neighbor was constantly watching us in the yard and did NOT like when the kids ball rolled into his yard. Oops! Other than that, it was perfect. We would definitely stay here again…minus the ball.

What a pleasure it was to stay at Kendall's! The home was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed from baking dishes, herbs to beach chairs and a cooler. The home was beautifully decorated and having two separate floors for our party of 5 was really wonderful. We really enjoyed having every meal out on the lanai. Having such close access to the beach, Waimea Canyon and more was really fantastic! The cherry-on-top was Kendall's dog Piper, who adopted my family for the week. Both Kendall and Joel were incredibly welcoming and helpful. My parents are already talking about wanting to come back to their home! I couldn't this place recommend more!

The host was very responsive and addressed our concerns quickly, which we really appreciated. We booked last minute, and while the property wasn’t ready upon arrival, the host promptly sent a cleaner to take care of it. Once everything was taken care of, we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. The view is absolutely wonderful, and despite the initial hiccup, we would definitely book this place again!

Excellent location right on the oceanfront. Easy access to swimmable spot (walk several block down to public beach access or walk over some rocks/logs on the beach toward the more swimmable side). We also snorkeled right in front of the house but entry was a little tricker. House is older but clean. Tracey communicated well with any questions I had and to make sure all was well. Easily walkable to market, several good restaurants, etc. The house worked well for 4 adults and we would absolutely stay again if in the area! Thanks Tracey.

Great place on Kalapaki Bay! We liked the central location. It was hard to find without the B posted somewhere on the unit but it was OK despite us arriving at night, making it a little more difficult. Everything was as described. It was a great view and private place with everything you could possibly need. The only thing we couldn't find was a pizza cutter but the amazing knife set was sufficient. We thoroughly enjoyed the easy process of reserving and checkout! That was probably the best part aside from the great views of Kalapaki Bay. Mahalo!!!

Veronica’s condo was exactly what we needed to enjoy our Honeymoon in Kauai! The location was our favorite aspect, you could get to each side of the island within an hour and we did so many activities that the location was perfect. The condo itself is exactly as described and the pool and grounds are beautiful. The sunrises from the beach right out front are gorgeous and we really enjoyed all the chickens running around. We would absolutely stay with Veronica again in Kauai.

Matthew was a great host. This was a very last-minute booking, and he was very friendly and available. We were very grateful to get his home, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and lovely place to stay on the North Shore.

This place was everything we hoped for and more! The view was amazing—something we never got tired of. The unit itself was spacious, clean, and had all the comforts of home. It was well-stocked for beach days—snorkel gear, coolers, boogie boards, beach chairs—you name it, it was there. But my favorite part was walking distance to Hideaway Beach. That spot is a hidden gem—crystal clear water and amazing snorkeling. Highly recommend staying here.

highly recommend this place- beautiful setting right on the beach, third floor with elevator-beautiful sunrises, just downstairs is beach to walk along. It is convenient to airport, and you can easily drive to other areas on the island. Kitchen and condo has basic household supplies like some kitchen staples, laundry soap. Michael responds almost immediately to questions and follows up on things as needed.

We loved our stay! Summer’s place was clean and the perfect size for my husband and I. She had snorkel gear, boogie boards, and extra toiletries that really helped us! We also loved all the recommendations she gave us on what to do. The area was private but walkable to restaurants and the beach!

We had the best time and stay! We adventured around the island & absolutely loved the location because it was central to it all! Although we did not hang out in the Air BNB much during the day we always enjoyed coming back to the condo and would get the best sleep! The beach chairs were also an amazing bonus! Thank you Kaz!

I agree with the positive reviews already stated so I’ll try and add something….What does it feel like to be in a constant state of AWE? Stay here and you will find out. The beauty is breathtaking. Posted pictures can’t quite capture it. A few things that stood out: Rainbows occurred 4 out of the 6 days. From the balcony you will see the full 180 degree arc from the grassy field extending out to the ocean’s horizon. How about that to go with your morning coffee? Product amenities were ample to include things u may not have had space to pack like nail polish remover, mosquito repellent, or games. Very thoughtful. Also has multiple streaming options on two TV ‘s to enjoy during down time from all your daily adventures.

This location is central to everything on the island. The beach by the air bnb is perfect for watching the sunrise or swimming. Would definitely stay at this location again!
