katlen is very attentive, the house matches the photos, great location, everything perfect, I recommend it and God willing I will return.

All without exception, highly praised the space offered by Pedro/Ewerton, feeling completely at ease and by Ewerton's availability. They were extremely grateful for the flexible check-in allowing them to enter before the scheduled time and thus were able to leave their luggage and make better use of the place.

The apartment is great, just like in the pictures. The location is excellent: the neighborhood is super quiet and safe, perfect for resting and walking with peace of mind. One of the highlights is the incredible view of all the rooms — really charming and makes all the difference in the stay. Everything was very clean and well organized, and Ana was always helpful and easy to communicate.Recoming hosting and would come back for sure!

The house is exactly as the photos, perfect space for 2 people, has some kitchen utensils available. It is in fact well located, as it has shops nearby and is not far from the center. Vinícius is extremely attentive, answered all our questions and was available during our stay. For those who will be on the bus, it is possible to access the beaches, although the distance is small, the commute can be a bit tiring, especially with the city full (which was my case), but nothing that is not worth the trip. It was a great stay, I recommend it.

Excellent flat, with a kitchen with everything you need, clean bathroom and bedroom. Close to the beach. It has everything you need to enjoy the weekend and holidays with your family.

Bianca was super helpful and responded quickly and kindly. I was with my family, with a child and a dog, and we needed to find a place quickly due to a problem with another rental, and in the end it was the best choice. The house is well equipped, and the sofa especially is so wonderful that it makes you not want to leave lol

Nota mil for everything! Amazing hosts, real estate a grace and super well located. Safe, organized condominium with a cool structure. The view is magnificent! Full of beautiful beaches and a place to connect with nature. Breathtaking sunrise and for those who enjoy the starry sky is an event. I will return to this paradise!

Chauana is an amazing hostess, very kind, easy to deal with and makes you very comfortable. It gives tips of restaurant tour and local beaches that you can even walk. I highly recommend staying with her, an impeccable house, which fits quietly 2 cars, which, in my case, was a Montana and a sandero. Her house is also very clean and beautiful. I will return for sure ❤️😍

The stay was wonderful, the host was very helpful and pleasant. The accommodations met our needs, however, because it is located in the central region of Angra, there is intense vehicle traffic. Therefore, those who have difficulty reconciling sleep may have complications. I suggest installing a water filter so guests don't have to buy water at the markets.

Wonderful stay! The house is really fascinating as in the pictures. We had flexible check in and check out and Inês was very helpful and attentive at all times, including on arrival, when we had a problem with the keys. Everything was impeccable, very clean and organized, very comfortable accommodations and very well behaved our group of 13 people. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, we did not lack any utensil. Inês indicated her trusted cook, Mrs. Regina, for whom I can only dedicate compliments and thanks for the wonderful meals she has prepared us, as well as being a sweetheart, love of a person. The view of the outside area is breathtaking! Structure of the leisure area also impeccable. The deck gives access to the beautiful sea of the island, with kayaks available and also with the right to observe marine life. Easy access to Figueira Beach by the condominium, about 3 minutes walking distance. Mercado makes delivery at the house, which made it very easy for us. Perfect stay and super recommended by us!

The house is wonderful in a delicious natural environment that gathers beautiful views with the sound of the calm sea and friendly visits like turtles, herons, lizards, fish... It is fantastic to be pé na areia with all the comfort of the house and its equipment, ideal for two couples as was our case. The most complex is the connection with the city and the long stairs to enter and exit by land, more than three flights. Once there, with provisions, everything is perfect: until a friend of the house will pick you up by boat to tour the beautiful islands and beaches of Angra where to snorkel and fully connect with nature and forget about the evils of this world for a while. Natalia was always attentive with very good recommendations. Having a canoe would have been an additional beautiful experience to tour the nearest surroundings. A highly recommended place s to which I hope to be back soon.

We stayed at the house at the carnival and had a very pleasant experience! The house is cozy, even better than in the photos, and it met the purpose well. It is in a condominium next to the Icar, being a safe and family environment. It is 1 minute from the beach, and from the balcony of the house it is possible to see the river and the beach (we had the company of fish and turtles). The kitchen is well equipped (it could only have tupperware pots) and some of the bathrooms have undergone recent modernization. The water pressure is great and meets well. There were some peaks of light in the late afternoon but it quickly came back, I understand it's something from the region. Wi-Fi works well and TV tb. Unfortunately, there is no swimming pool in the house or the condominium, which would be a differential . A Vie responds fast, initially too attentive to the written instructions, but then the communication flowed being an enjoyable experience for all of us ! We had necessary flexibility. Thank you!

It is not in the center of Angras it is 35 km away as it says in the description . The GPS of the app q puts there in the center. But the best beaches and with privacy and nearby , it is recommended to come by car . More give to go on 3 beaches on foot, if you do not like to walk there is the brava beach give to take the “L20 mambucaba” bus where you leave in front of the beach and have a market and pharmacy. The place is cozy and complete and clean. And the very attentive and friendly host made the experience more practical and enjoyable.

Our stay was wonderful! Mr. José is extremely requested and very nice. The view of the apartment is exceptional, the condominium is note 10, there is a playground where my son could play at night, club grade 10, etc. Good beach, good club pool and bar with good service in the pool as well. I took advantage of the sun of the weekend and it was all exceptional.

Lindomar was a great host. He was very informative and made sure I had everything I needed to have a good stay. I don’t speak Portuguese very will and he tried his absolute best to make sure the language barrier was not an issue. The apartment itself had the best view. The resort was also very nice as well and was the perfect place to work due to it having a restaurant on site and a pool to take a little break from work, without having to take much time off from my workday. Overall I was very happy with my stay.

The apartment is perfect, it had everything we needed, complete, clean and extremely comfortable…not to mention the breathtaking view. We had a wonderful time The condominium is amazing and complete. Fernanda always responded quickly and was super friendly, we will certainly be back soon.

Great location, in a quiet neighborhood great for a family looking for a vacation rest, apartment was clean and provided the necessary for the stay, in addition to the welcome and service of Jean in explaining about the condominium and making the stay even easier! We'll be back more often!

We stayed a few days, but they were extremely well spent... Everything Marcelo describes about the apartment is equivalent to what we found there. Everything is very clean and sanitized, with all the services informed. The Resort offers you beach, clubs, swimming pools - and the ocean is VERY worthwhile... Bring a diving mask to see the fish!
