Alessandro's apartment is even better than the photos advertised, incredible view. Cozy apartment, great rooms, lots of bathrooms, perfect cleanliness, good beds, wonderful showers, very good space! Our group was very well accommodated and we loved the accommodations. We already knew the condominium, it has great pools, sauna, spa, good beach and the best of all, it is always without crowds of people. Our stay at Alessandro's accommodation was very worthwhile. All without exception, highly praised the space offered by Pedro/Ewerton, feeling completely at ease and by Ewerton's availability. I was very well attended by the host Apartment as in the advertisement. Clean, organized and well located in the condominium (facing the pool and lake). Safe condominium, close to the villages to go by car. We took a speedboat ride from the Hotel Marina. Everything is easy and practical. We'll definitely be back!

An awesome place. The house is big and comfortable, and the space is very well kept. We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. The house is private and yet has incredible views. Everything in the house was in working order, and the hosts were great to speak with, giving very good instructions and advice. Would stay again!

I made a reservation for 4 people and paid for that amount, but on the day the app showed it as just one reservation. The host didn't even ask me about it and promptly sought the remaining items, in addition to being super attentive and helpful all the time. I hope to be back soon.

Niccole is an excellent host, searched for me and my friends at the bus station, gave me several recommendations for tours, restaurants, beaches. It was super friendly, proactive and extremely attentive, we spent a great trip at your home. The house is in a gated condominium with a bakery crossing the street and 15 minutes walk from a shopping center. Beds are very hard and not very comfortable and the bath towels are not provided. But otherwise everything went super well!

Great apartment, it has all the utensils and appliances you need to prepare your meals. It provides bed and bath linens, a differential from other accommodations in the same region. The host Patrícia was very kind and proactive in all contacts, before and during the stay. Condominium with security and good structure for leisure. It is close to Conceição do Jacareí (2 km away), where we can find good shops to buy necessary things during the stay and to eat. Pharmacies and restaurants in this region deliver to the condominium. Anyway, it was a great cost benefit, returning to the region, I will stay in the apartment again.

The condominium is very good, with space for socializing, there is security at virtually all entrances to the condominium and the people who work there are very attentive and polite. Being close to a marina, several nautical tours were facilitated. There is little to do in the city, but Marcio pointed out some interesting places. The stay with Selma was perfect from the beginning. The apartment was super clean, new mattresses, smelling bedding and well-equipped kitchen. The village is very close to the condominium beach and we had super quiet days with our daughter. Condominium has a huge lawn for children to play and also a playground. Beyond the beach Que's quiet and super nice water!

Everything is great, but keep in mind that they don't provide sheets, so you have to pay extra for the beds I think it's really bad, since Minimum It's having the perfect bed to rest in, since it has many appliances and you could leave the sheets to be able to rest
