Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Anguilla

This was a delightful cottage by the sea. It had great views that drew you outside whenever you walked by. It had ample space and was close to local attractions, but still very private. A great location with a communicative and kind host!

We had a hard time finding the place but Samuel was very helpful and responsive. He stayed with us on the phone until we arrived. The pool house is listed in Google maps if you need to find it more easily. When we arrived the property is beautiful! Acres to the pool from the bedroom was wonderful. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

We had a beyond fabulous trip to Anguilla! Our home away from home had every amenity we could imagine. Staying with three small children, we found the kitchen to be extremely well appointed to cooking meals at home with ease…(actually sharp knives and a blender are my non negotiables lol) access to laundry was a huge help, and the layout with each bedroom having its own bath was perfect. The home is spacious, the neighborhood is extremely safe, the location is steps literally from the Four Seasons which is the most luxurious property on the island. Cap Juuluca is likely tied for first as most luxe hotel on island and is a maybe five minute drive at most. The location cannot be beat. That being said, I would strongly recommend a rental car as there are so many pristine beaches to discover! We couldn’t thank Jen more for her beautiful hospitality from afar. She has an incredible staff here even though she lives off island. We felt very well attended to and would recommend Malibu House 💯

This property was perfect for the 7 of us that stayed here. It was private and safe. The natural surroundings including the free roaming chickens made it very serene. Kate and her assistants were quick to answer all my questions in a timely manner. The house was spacious, clean and everything was functional. I loved how each room on the top floor had its own door to access the wrap around balcony. It's a good place to come home to after a long day of doing outdoor activities.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Desert Rose Cottage. It is in a wonderful location between Shoal Bay East and Island Harbour, with plenty of beaches, bars and fine restaurants close by. The high-ceilinged cottage is sunny, very spacious, bigger than expected, with a large shared open living area and kitchen, two large air-conditioned bedrooms, and two full baths. The many screened windows allow breezes to flow throughout the house from every side, and multiple ceiling fans also keep air flow pleasant. I was amazed by the large and new washer and dryer, meaning you can pack minimal clothing for your stay and be just fine. Each room has its own wall-mounted flatscreen TV, there is plenty of closet space, and Marian provides beach chairs and umbrellas if you want to go to a more remote beach. This is a great spot for two couples or a family of four. I will definitely return to this home upon future visits to Anguilla. Thank you Marian!

Lisa is thoughtful and welcoming host. She presents as very proud of her rental and so happy to share it with others. As she should! This place is AMAZING! So welcoming, clean, peaceful and quiet, a hidden gem! Great location, safe, easy road access and incredibly well provisioned. Lisa’s touches have made this a very welcome and comfortable retreat. After adventuring all day it’s nice to return to a hot shower and a comfortable space. Pictures don’t really do justice. It’s a large space and provides a view of the water and sunrise! We will hope that Lisa’s place is available during our next visit to Anguilla!

This is very special place. We just enjoyed our second stay at Horsefeathers, our last being a full month one year ago. The view from the villa is amazing - sweeping views of the sea, waves crashing in the distance and St. Martin. The plunge pool is fabulous. The house has a classic island feel however a bonus is the well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker and a water cooler with several jugs of water that eliminates the need to buy bottled water. The location is great on the east end, easy to find and close to the east end Best Buy and Tropical Distributers. We wish we could live there full time!

Fabulous location and beautifully designed apartment. So glad we booked this. The apartment is around the corner from all the best beaches including rendezvous and the beach at the Deluca hotel, Monday‘s Bay. As well as meat Bay. It’s also right next to the best supermarket on the island which has the biggest choice of food. Overall, the apartment was thoughtfully and carefully decorated. There is lots of space in the apartment and the furnishings are very nice. There was also a washer dryer which we found helpful. Full kitchen and lovely patio area with views of Saint Martin. We will definitely book this again. Great value for money, thank you.

The apartment was more spacious than anticipated and tastefully decorated, with modern appliances and furnishings. Having a washer and dryer was a convenient perk, and we greatly appreciated the included detergent. While the air conditioning units in the bedroom and living room cooled the space efficiently, we often opted to open the windows for fresh, cool breezes. The shower functioned well, offering consistent warm water pressure. The bedroom was generously sized, featuring a comfortable king-sized bed, a television, and ample storage for clothing. Extra linens and towels were thoughtfully provided. An additional television in the kitchen/living area added to the comfort of the space. Thank you for providing a workspace and chair to use with our laptops. We stayed for more than a week and would definitely return. This is a safe place in a local neighborhood, not a tourist location. When questions came up, we got an immediate response from Katy and her partner.

Our host was absolutely wonderful from the day I booked until the time I checked out. It was a very seamless process and he made us feel right at home. We even rented a car from him to depart from the ferry terminal and explore before checkin. This was a very smooth process as well. As a travel agent, I know for a fact that I will always recommend him to clients. He made my mom and aunt’s Mother’s Day trip to Anguilla perfect. Thank you!

The studio apartment was even better than the photos! The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was spotless and modern, and it was the perfect size for my husband and I. It’s also in a great location—less than 15 minutes from beaches and amazing restaurants. Twyla and Mackie were excellent hosts! They were extremely responsive and they brought us to and from the port! They even made renting a car on the island an easy and smooth process! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Anguilla!

The accommodation was perfect—10 out of 10! The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s centrally located on the island, so a vehicle is needed, but nothing is too far. The hosts were very responsive, and the kitchen had all the basic essentials to get started. We even tried to extend our stay, but it was fully booked. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

We just finished our first stay at CARTeas and totally enjoyed the home. It is modern, clean, and has all the amenities to make your visit very comfortable. The patio was awesome, and you are very close to the airport, so you can watch airplanes takeoff and land! Since it's on the second floor, there was always a nice breeze. Njeri contacted us on several occasions just to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Just a little bit about our expectations when finding a place to stay in AXA. My wife and I visit AXA 8-10 times per year. We select either a 1, 2, or 3 bedroom place depending on the number of friends/family coming with us. We always rent a car and don't need to be on the beach which saves a LOT of money. CARTeas is located near the center of the island so you are close to everything....beaches, dining, groceries, etc! We have stayed at several places in AXA and CARTeas is by far the BEST 2 bedroom home that we have stayed at. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about this incredible place on Mead’s Bay. From the moment we landed, they had a car waiting for us to take us over to the condo and allowed us to get in a little early. When we pulled up Sam was waiting with drinks ready, already knowing our names. Our bags were attended to while we were escorted to our room by another team member and given a tour of our unit and set up with a group chat for us to communicate during our stay. Anytime we had a question or request, it was answered within minutes. Everything from setting up rides, dinner reservations, etc. The property was breathtaking, I think the best of the 15 units, 2nd floor right on the beach. Perfect sand and water right there to enjoy while Sam and his team make perfect drinks and make you feel like family. I am a beach snob and have been to many of the nicest beaches around the world and this is in my top 2 for sure (Maldives being the other). I will definitely be back. Thanks for an amazing week!

My fiancée and I were left speechless by my stay at Tranquility. All of the reviews are true, and it’s even better in person. By far the greatest stay we’ve had on any vacation. The location couldn’t be more beautiful and the people are amazing. Sam, Denise, and Abiel were extremely helpful and kind. Cannot say enough good things about them.

Our stay at the Condo in Swing High was absolutely incredible. Kevin’s space was spotless, beautifully modern and exactly as pictured, if not better. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing overnight stay. Their hospitality was top tier. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and even provided a rental car upon same day request. Also, they gave us great suggestions on where to visit which truly enhanced our experience on the island. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Anguilla. We’ll be back for sure.

When visiting Anguilla, look no further than Tranquility Beach! These beachfront condo was everything we imagined. Pictures/videos does this beauty no justice. Perfect ambience as the decor is modern while still having the touch of the Caribbean. Enjoyed waking up in the mornings to a pristine light blue water beach before ever lifting my head from my pillow. Steps from the quiet beach. The staff are all amazing and treat you like family instead of tourists. All your needs, reservations, bookings, etc are taken care of as soon as you inquire within the staff. You’re placed in a WhatsApp group chat and whatever you need is provided literally in minutes! Overall, this is the best stay we have ever had anywhere in the world, including your major top rated resorts. Mario & Marquita Houston, TX USA

Wow. This place was perfect. Large accommodations are even more beautiful than the pictures. Truly the best beach & walkable restaurants on the island. Can’t imagine staying elsewhere & can’t wait to come back. Thank you to all the staff for going out of their way to make our trip the best experience ever. Will be dreaming of the pina coladas until next time.

Yvette's place is AMAZING! We are a family of 4 with two adult children, so the space was perfect for us. Plenty of space and privacy. Large kitchen with everything you need. The location was great, as we were near everything. The yard is large and has an area for barbecuing and an area to sit and make a fire. The upstairs unit has a lovely view of St. Maarten and the sea, which we did not expect. It's very quiet and easy to get to. The beds were comfortable, with nice bedding, and we really appreciated having a washer and dryer, (in each unit). The decks were nice and large enough to do yoga on. Many nice touches, such as beach chairs, (not needed given all of the beach bars with lounge chairs!), snorkeling equipment, bathrobes, slippers, and toiletries. The units are very spacious and clean. We really can't say enough great things about Yvette's place! We would absolutely come back!

Lisa's condo was very spacious and meticulously clean. It is quiet with incredible ocean views. Kitchen had a complimentary 5 gallon water jug and starter kitchen basics. Lisa was very responsive to our questions and even found a reputable children's agency that would rent a pack n play for our son. The only negative is a terrible bumpy unpaved 0.5 miles of a back road leading to the condo: use a high profile SUV if you must. Otherwise, we loved staying in this home away from home.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! the studio was so comfortable, and I really enjoyed sitting on the patio in the morning having my coffee. Everything was so peaceful! I've stayed at quite a few airbnbs on the island, and by far, this is the most well equipped. Not only did Yvette's place have things that you would hope to find, like laundry detergent, a cooler and beach towels, but she's gone above and beyond to stock it with anything that you can think of, including robes and slippers and amenities like cotton balls and nail polish remover. I love the open modern feel of the studio and having laundry right in the unit. There was plenty of hot water, which can be a problem on the island, and ample parking. I hate to write such a positive review because I'm afraid it will be booked the next time I try to stay there :-) but this is definitely a top choice on Anguilla!
