The apartment is centrally located, in a quiet neighborhood only 500 meters to the Kalmarsund Park's lovely swimming areas/ exercise tracks. The space Bedroom with double bed 180 cm ( 2 single beds 90 cm) In the living room there is a sofa, armchairs, TV and dining table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, stove, oven and other household utensils. Bathroom with shower. Lovely Balcony with outdoor furniture facing quiet garden.

Welcome to a homely one. Enjoy easy access to everything. 10-minute walk to the city center. There is a bunk bed with 120 cm wide mattress in the lower bed and 90 cm wide in the upper bed. Sofa bed that is 140 cm wide is also available. Dish soap, coffee filters, toilet paper, and paper towels are provided. Kitchen is equipped with kitchen accessories. Feel free to see the pictures what there is. - Please bring own linen and towels. - There is a possibility to rent bed linen and towels. Let me know in advance.

This in not an ordinary place to stay. You live just by the ocean in the middle of nature and bird life. Beautiful settings and surroundings. Secluded get away ideal for couples. The view is spectacular from this little house. It's renovated 2016 with a complete small kitchen with oven/micro oven, refrigerator, small freezer and induction cooker. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. There are garden furnitures by the cottage. Free parking for car or caravan. Must be experienced!
