It was a very pleasant experience taking my family for a holiday at Vizag and living in this beautiful abode . The apartment has a beautiful view of the RK beach,ample space for a family to relax. Jyothi was very responsive of my requests and we coordinated very well in terms of my requirements . My family was also very impressed with the cook Sridevi who made delicious home cooked dinner for us based on our requests . Overall it was a lovely stay! We would love to be back here if we are ever again in Vizag! We also loved how well the place was kept !

beautiful place , lovely view on the 13th floor with a view of the majestic bay of Bengal , Pravin was such an amazing host he had answers for everything I asked , the room was well maintained and it's pretty big , he has everything required to make it a wonderful experience . The beds were also comfortable and 3 pretty bedrooms which were also comfortable and spacious . look forward to staying again in this property ❤️❤️❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Anita’s place in Yvette Enclave! The apartment was absolutely superb—clean, spacious, and perfect for the four of us girls. It was the ideal spot to get ready for the wedding, with everything we needed right at our fingertips. The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches like having basic cooking essentials available—milk, sugar, salt, tea, and coffee. The location was another huge plus. It offered quick and easy access to both the beach and the city center, which made our short stay all the more enjoyable. A lovely host who makes you feel right at home,even buying some groceries for you to have. The apartment is spotlessly clean and so well furnished with quality appliances and utensils that you can use. Bedding, towels actually the works are of extremely high standards. The apartment is absolutely beautiful,airy and bright and lovely terrace as well. Definitely one of the best hosts and places to stay. Absolutely recommended.

Anand’s place is diagonally opposite to Elliot’s beach. Although there is no sea view from the apartment, the sea is right there, just downstairs! The apartment is old, but it is clean and well maintained. It is spacious and for the three of us it was luxurious. Thank you Anand, we enjoyed staying at your place and will do so again when we visit Chennai.

My team and I had the opportunity to stay at Mr. Subramaniam's home at Chennai. This was an extended stay for a period of 5 to 6 days. First of all, Mr. Adithiya from Mr. Subramanian's team was very helpful in ensuring the check-in and check-out process was seamless. The space was super clean and is as described in the photos. The rooms were cozy and more importantly, the location is great! Ordering in food or even going to the local store did not seem difficult. Would highly recommend this property to anybody who have some work in and around Thiruvanmiyur, IIT Madras, Adyar, Guindy and thereabouts.

Arafat was very helpful and extremely prompt in his responses. He helped us settle in well and his place was exactly what we needed for our stay.
