Waterfront vacation rentals in Andaman Sea

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect – peaceful and away from the nightlife, but still close to everything we needed. The place was clean, convenient, and had a comfy sofa bed for an extra guest. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing spot near the city!

Yulia was a great host, everytime I contacted her she replied so quickly and was super helpful. The flat was so so clean, which I loved as I am slightly OCD. The only thing missing was some hand towels in the kitchen, otherwise it is a great little flat. The location was great as it is only a short walk to Bang Tao (15-20mins) Beach and there is also a FREE shuttle which took you as well (3-4 mins). The swimming pool was clean and the water was so warm. We went the week of half term so there were alot of families with young children, so if you want some peace it is best to get to the pool early before 9.30am for a swim. The location was perfect and had shops, restaurants, shopping and everything else you need right at your doorstep. The area is super chill and very family orientated. We would defo stay here again. We also loved that it had a washing machine to wash our clothes and downstairs there were more communal ones with dryers as well. 24hr security so felt super safe too.

When we got to Lyn’s place security directed us inside (they were very helpful), the condo is quite spacious, lots of essentials are provided, the view is breathtaking, and the surrounding amenities are great. It’s a very serene area, perfect for relaxing! And it’s easy to walk to the beach :) however you’ll probably need transport into the main town (unless you enjoy walking). Lyn was also very responsive and checked in on us everyday! We can’t fault Lyn’s place, we really enjoyed our stay and we hope we’ll be back again soon! Thank you 🥰

I had an amazing stay at Randy's place! The stunning views were absolutely breathtaking, making every moment spent on the property feel like a retreat. I would highly recommend Jet’s place it had everything we needed. Rawai beach is less than 2 minutes walk away and there is a 7-Eleven less than 1 minutes walk away. Jet was very responsive and answered all our questions promptly.

We were a group of 11 people. The villa was in top condition, super clean and with great amenities and enough space for everyone. Overall, our expectations were exceeded! The host Lothar was super friendly, always available and gave us a lot of helpful tips and recommendations. In addition, there was a contact person for every request, which was organized very easily via the villa manager. The villa is located in a secure / monitored settlement, which gave us a very safe feeling. The paths to the beach, restaurant and shopping were quite short and everything is easy to reach. We'd love to come back and can absolutely recommend Villa Carlos!

Highly recommend a stay here for your vacation or travel in Phuket, Alexandre the host was always responsive and respectfully. The property is as listed on the photos and is very beautiful and private with an amazing indoor pool and beach access right infront . The house was simply wonderful. We stayed with my family for a week and everything was clean and tidy. The price was very affordable, the villa was extremely luxurious and comfortable, and it was within walking distance to everywhere in Kamala. The host and the staff helped with everything. The pool was bigger than the photo. I definitely recommend it. We stayed as 5 families and it was very good in terms of privacy. Thank you.

Great place to stay with friends. We enjoyed hanging out at the beach and the pool, and watching all of the geckos and toads in the yard at night! The location feels private and safe. There are just a few neighbors and usually just a few other people at the beach. The neighbor dogs came over to visit and they were very sweet. Just a few minutes drive to the restaurants and shops in Rawaii, and about 20-30 min drive to Kata. Make sure you have water shoes to swim at the beach, because there are rocks and coral. Also probably a good idea to have an SUV for the bumpy driveway.

The villa is very nice and private, there’s a guard around 24/7 which made our stay feel safe. The host was extremely kind and responsive, we checked in late in the evening and there were some stains on the sofa but the host immediately came to fix everything which we appreciate. The villa is also only a few minutes away from the beach which is great! Would definitely come back to stay here again 😊

Stay in mid-March. Flight with Etihad as there are 2 free overnight stays in Abu Dhabi on the return flight. (recommended, as stopover is very long). Transfers booked through the landlord (2,800 THB), included: taxi to the pier, ferry, taxi accommodation), absolutely perfectly organized. The complex consists of 10 villas each in 3 rows (A,B,C), with the number 1 each being close to the restaurant or beach. Villa corresponded to the description, but only 2 plug connections for 5 electrical appliances in the kitchen are too few. If you want to cook for yourself, pretty much everything is available. Small convection oven plus. Electricity 11THB kw/h (2 weeks 1500 THB) Daily Cleaning 200 THB. Car transport within the island very expensive (no matter where 2,400 THB), rental cars (only for rent on the mainland) are not allowed by ferry. Scooter 1,200 THB/day. Restaurant ok. Prices from 300 THB OK Conclusion: Landlord is approachable for everything, generally very positive if you want to relax.

This was a great accommodation. Very good location Close to resturants, beach, nightlife, markets, shops and lots of other amenities. The room is located on one of the top floors of a hotel, so are able to use hotel facilities such as lovely pool and games room. View was beautiful. The room was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need was provided. All instructions for check in and out was very clear an easy. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 teenagers and the sleeping arrangements suited us well. Very good value Alexia, the host, is very responsive and helpful giving lots of information and replying quickly to queries and very helpful, amenable and friendly Thank you for a, wonderful 4 night stay

Steps to beach and food. Away from party scene and noise. But still within walking distance of night life. There was so much to see & do. Next time we need to stay longer.

Elle was a fantastic host and the place was spotless with a wonderful.Japanese vibe! Super convenient for walking to the lake and nai harn beach.I'd definitley book again!

What an amazing experience at Daniel’s place. He is very friendly and responds immediately. The apartment is very clean and private, even better than the pictures. Had a great stay at Lucinda's place. Both Lucinda and Phum were very helpful and the apartment is as described. The location is great - it is quiet and still very close to the peak tourist spots when you want to access those. The resorts amenities are well mantained and restaurant is a pretty good choice when you don't want to venture out. Lucinda's guidebook with the instructions and reccomendations was very helpful. The massage place she reccomended is easily one of the best massages in town and very well priced! Phum was always there whenever we needed anything and provides great scooter rentals as well. Would gladly stay here again. Thanks Lucinda and Phum!
