In a quiet residential development in the center of La Laguna, a few minutes walk from the historic, commercial and leisure center of the city, declared a World Heritage Site, and five minutes from the airport. Accommodating 4 people, it has two double bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a bathroom and walk-in closet. Spectacular dining room and kitchen, fully equipped. It has a nice inner courtyard and a small outdoor terrace.

Our apartment has a wonderful ocean view. It's very spacious, bright and comfortable. Ideal to spend a few days relaxing and quiet, although it is also very close to the sandy beach, where you can surf or simply go for a walk and enjoy the view of Bajamar and Punta del Hidalgo.
