Good place to stay for anyone visiting Hai Phong. It’s a bit further out from the city but not much. Other than that everything was great. Quick communication and fast check in.

New room, nice decor, just like the photos. It smells clean (Toilet is a bit hairy, except half a point😅). The host was very responsive and enthusiastic. Motorbike rental available. Location ok, getting into the center by motorbike takes a few minutes. Car parking is available. Ok. Hope the host stays in the form. Next time I come back to HP, I will book again.

2 nights and 3 days in Harong Bay, it was not just a trip, but a small miracle-like time. The accommodation we stayed in was a four-story villa. But this villa, didn't you say there was an elevator? At that moment, I was surprised and thought, "Isn't this almost luxurious?" Thanks to the kitchen where you can cook, there was the pleasure of cooking yourself, and there was even a bicycle, so I was able to go to the mart, take a walk, and move around freely. But what was more touching than all of this was the host, Trang. He was like a hidden fairy who wanted to make our trip more special. He always checked to see if we needed anything, called a taxi for us, and even booked a cruise trip for us… Isn't this the hidden challenger of traveling? It was a kind and warm tone, full of consideration, so it didn't feel like a simple service, but a sincere hospitality. Thanks to you, Harong Bay will be remembered as a place that goes beyond a simple scenic city, a place filled with the warmth of people. If I go back someday, I definitely want to meet the host, Trang.

Very nice and supportive host; everything is sorted out in couple minutes of texting. Great location. I found couple nice restaurants nearby in Ho Sen street, around 5min by walk. Also easy to reach the center of the city. Recommended!

Absolutely incredible villa! You get your own private pool, an outdoor sauna with showers, and four immaculate, identical rooms – each with its own ensuite (no room debates necessary!). The place is equipped with modern amenities, and the fridge comes fully stocked with cold drinks ready to go. The best surprise? A private karaoke room that's not shown in the photos – it quickly became a group favourite and added so much fun to our stay. To top it all off, the host connects you with a local driver who’ll take you to and from the main town and share his own recommendations. Huge shoutout to Heung – hands down the best driver in all of Cat Ba! Thank you for an unforgettable stay – we loved every minute of it!

I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend Minh Vui as a host! The apartment has an amazing view and is right next to the beach so perfect for sea swimming everyday. There is also a washing machine and hob so it is easy to be self-sufficient if you want but also loads of great food options around as recommended by the host! Minh Vui was really helpful and always responded quickly.

Nguyen was very responsive, had great recommendations, and helped every time we reached out. The property was even better than we expected with access to great views, restaurants, spas, bars, etc. Our experience was 10 times better given the experience and we were sad when we had to leave! 11/10 would recommend :)

Her quiet generosity, discreet attentiveness, and graceful spirit imbue the home with soul. Her husband, equally kind and humble, adds to the warmth of the home with his good humor and hospitality. What was meant as a brief stay became a deeply healing chapter of nearly three months. We left with full hearts, grateful for every breeze, every sunrise, and every gentle kindness. From the windows, you’re not just gazing at a view you’re witnessing the quiet majesty of a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Ha Long Bay stretches out like a living painting, shifting with light and mist in a way that never grows old. There’s even a fantastic restaurant right on the ground floor. Many of there dishes are beyond delicious and perfect after a long day of exploring. This is more than a home it is a haven for those seeking meaning, beauty, and connection. 100/5 stars.
