Charming cottage with unique location on almost car-free island! Living room and kitchen in one, toilet and shower, separate bedroom with bunk beds and sleeping loft with two beds. Laundry room with entrance from the gable. Nice sea view from the big cottage! The house is just 50 meters from the water and has its own garden with garden furniture. The car is parked on the mainland. Guests clean themselves, leave in the same condition as when arriving. The guest brings sheets and towels, or rent: sheets 150, towel 50, per person.

Relax in this unique and quiet home that straddles the entire Askim fjord all the way to the Tistlen. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the screezes of the seagull for the morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there are no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the knot. It takes about 15 mins to the city centre or to the beautiful archipelago. Tram and buss stop is within a 10 min walk and the sea just a few hundred metres away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space.
