This chalet is 6x4 inside and equipped with kitchen (with microwave oven and refrigerator), bathroom with shower and toilet, a cozy bed (1.4 cm x 200 cm with a step) and plenty of storage space. The spacious, covered terrace of 6x3 meters (west) can easily be included in the living space. You are really on the (swimming) water of the clean lake. Easily accessible (20 km from Amsterdam, 15 from Utrecht, 3 from the A2) and with possible rental of bicycles, sloop and sailboat. SEE "WHERE YOU WILL STAY" FOR INFO!

Very centrally located near Keukenhof, Noordwijk (10 minutes), Amsterdam (25 minutes), Leiden (15 minutes), and The Hague (25 minutes). Spacious and bright apartment with private patio/terrace, adjacent to the beautiful garden, in which is also the pool that you can use (not private use). The well-equipped kitchen and living room, and separate spacious bedroom and bathroom are full of comforts. Private entrance (from the outside of the house). The Jacuzzi can only be used by you. Parking on private property.

The KNSM Island is one of the hidden gems of Amsterdam, quiet and peaceful, but close to the city center. It is possible to sit outside on a private terrace and jump in the water for a swim. Ilpendam is a picturesque village in Waterland, 8 km north of Amsterdam. We have the advantages of the countryside, on the other hand we are in 10 min by car or bus to the A'dam Metro! After a hectic day in the city, you can relax here in nature. There is a large wooden deck on the water with table and chairs. Here you can swim if you like or paddle with our borrowed canoes. There's also a terrace in front of the house, with a table and 3 chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.

An oasis of calm near Amsterdam

Please read the advertisement carefully before booking. I would love to make you welcome in our wonderful home in Hoogedijk. Our home is a completely renovated dike house from 1889, and your room has beautiful views of the Gouwzee and in the evening, you can see the lights of Monnickendam. After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. Be aware that there is NO kitchen.

Discover adventurous outdoor living in this oasis of tranquillity by the water! Only accessible by boat and boat is included (see photo), We always check you in personally and sail our own boat with you from the car park to the cottage in 5 minutes. Where we then explain a few things about the cottage and its surroundings. We are also at your disposal with a fast boat in case of emergencies. We ask an extra deposit for the boat of € 500,- because Airbnb does not insure it.
