Tübingen is a university town, so our house in Schönblick is actually a student house. Here students live in shared apartments on two floors, the hosts on the first floor. The basement apartment is a high-quality, bright and cozily furnished 1-room apartment with 36 square meters, a spacious bathroom and a new, fully equipped fitted kitchen. Since the basement rooms of the apartments and the heating are behind the apartment, the hallway cannot and must not be locked.

Through the many windows and high ceilings, the apartment is very bright and inviting. It has an impressive view in almost all directions on Tübingen and there is a south-facing balcony. In addition to the separated bedroom, the apartment has a large living area with integrated kitchen, dining table, as well as living room with sofa, armchair and coffee table. The kitchen has a dishwasher and is fully equipped.

A spacious, modern 61sqm apartment, perfectly located in Lustnau-Tübingen. A bus stop is located directly in front of the building and there's a reserved parking spot in the underground garage. There's one bedroom with a king sized bed (180x200) and a sofa-bed (140x200) in the living room with a movable wall for added privacy. A covered terrace with a lawn in the back makes for a perfect, quiet getaway.

The in-law with 40 square meters is beautifully located on the Tübingen tub. On foot it is about 15 minutes to downtown or 10 minutes to the clinics and universities. The apartment is on the first floor and has been completely redesigned. The black straightener is certainly a highlight in this apartment. There is a new kitchen in the large room with oven, hotplates, fridge and dishwasher.

Casa Groga is located on the first floor of a small new apartment building in a central location of Tübingen-Lustnau. It is located directly on the main road, Wilhelmstraße, and just 2 km from Tübingen city center. This can be reached on foot or comfortably by bus. A stop is right outside the front door. Access to the apartment is barrier-free. Children are welcome!

Quiet 1-room apartment on the Schönbuchrand

Come to rest and relax. Take a walk in the woods or go to the outdoor pool in summer. In winter, it's not far to Böblingen to the thermal baths. The location is ideal south of Stuttgart between Herrenberg and Tübingen. Our guests have made excursions from here to the Alb, the Black Forest, Lake Constance and even as far as Neuschwanstein.

We rent 2 beautiful bright rooms for 1-5 people with shower and toilet, bed linen and towels, lounge with fridge, dishes, kettle, coffee maker, pancake maker and small cooking facilities. There is no sink. The dishes are washed by us daily. The upper floor has no apartment door. The rooms and bathroom can be locked.
