In relation to the host without observations , very requested,polite and attentive, the house is old, with old furniture but very spacious, has all the household utensils, has no television, has internet, the surroundings of the house well cared for and with a lot of space, some negative points were the swimming pool that left to be desired, the water treatment was not working too much sludge accumulated at the bottom,bottom of the pool with cracks, it would have to do a maintenance,some even dangerous points to get hurt,but for those who are not nauseated as our case, we use it anyway, another negative point were the air conditioning,in 2 bedrooms are those of wall are chilling but they make a lot of noise, in the suite the air conditioner is split in full operation without problems,in the most place is on the side of Chapecó exit to the Rio Grande do Sul, very close to the city, compared to other places in my opinion the value is consistent with the place.

I went to work, 3 days, but from the first moment I spoke to Talia (responsible for the location) very helpful and attentive, he asked questions, gave indications. Coming on site exactly as advertised, easy to find, home, impeccable, all simple but all well cared for, smell and organized. From the kitchen, living room, bedrooms and to the bathroom. It was a good experience, since the idea was to spend some time in Chapecó. The house is as described. The host is polite and accessible. The house is clean, simple and comfortable accommodations. Clean and smelling towels and sheets. Without a doubt, in an eventual return to the city, we will stay at this accommodation again.

I was not able to find the original Airbnb I had booked and we felt unsafe where I was out in the country and it getting late so I drove 30 km back into the city and messaged several different Airbnb's and I was very happy to have the response from Adeimir and we were able to work out an agreement to use his place and it was absolutely magnificent even for being in the middle of all kinds of houses it was an oasis right in town. He had great protection with his place being surrounded by Concrete walls a secure gate and secure door and great solar lighting on his driveway and parking area I felt completely safe the entire time I was there and outside using the pool and the hot tub even in the middle of the night I will definitely be back to use this place again.

The pictures do not live up to the place. It's infinitely better. The patio is beautiful. Spacious house. Quiet. Well-equipped. Fragrant. Grandma's house that makes you want to cook, sit down to have a mate, chat. Next to the cathedral, overlooking the central dome of the square, which is a symbol of amethyst! Wonderful energy!
