We have two rooms with a view of the garden on the ground floor of a former farmhouse, in a separate part of the main farmhouse. You can use a part of the garden outside the rooms where you can sit. Op een mooie groene locatie vrijstaande moderne cottage op 15 min lopen van centrum/station. U heeft beschikking over slaap/zitkamer met op de vide een 2 persoonsbed ( 1.70). In het zitgedeelte is een werk/eettafel voor 2 pers, gezellige openhaard en een slaapbank voor gasten die liever op de begane grond slapen (1.80). Eigen ruime badkamer met douche, wastafel en apart toilet. Koelkast en kookplaat (2pits) aanwezig. De cottage bevindt zich op eigen terrein met voldoende parkeergelegenheid.

Bijzonder mooie plek in hartje Amersfoort

Vanuit deze ideaal gelegen accommodatie kun je allerlei activiteiten ondernemen. Je hebt het gehele grachtenpand voor jezelf. In het mooiste en leukste straatje van Amersfoort waarin de heerlijkste restaurants zitten. Vanuit je bed kijk je uit op de gracht met daarachter de Onze lieve vrouwe toren. In de grachten kun je suppen of op een van de rondvaartbootjes stappen. Liever niet zelf ontbijt maken? Op een paar meter heb je de lekkerste ontbijtjes en koffie. Dit is een heerlijke plek!

Een ruime, modern ingerichte woning met diverse zonterrassen! Op 5 minuten loopafstand van de gezellige binnenstad en mooi park. Dichtbij station Amersfoort , 30 min trein naar Amsterdam en 15 minuten naar Utrecht! Ideale locatie voor een stedentrip met veel leuke winkels en eetgelegenheden. Er kan voor de garage gratis geparkeerd worden mits de auto niet te lang is. Parkeren in de straat kan in overleg met de verhuurder geregeld worden tegen een minimale vergoeding. Geen kinderen.

Knusse pipowagen + hottub op een boeren erf. Perfect als uitvalsbasis voor een dagje Amersfoort (15 min), Utrecht (30 min) of Amsterdam (40 min). Geweldige plek voor koppels of een vriendinnen uitje. Als je de oprijlaan oprijd vind je de pipowagen achter de boerderij en schuur. Geen standaard airbnb maar een uniek plekje, helemaal back to basic.
