Family-friendly home in top location in a garden community on Amager. The house is best suited for a maximum of 3 adults + 1 child or 2 adults with 2 children. Located between the airport (4 km) and the center of Copenhagen (5 km). Open environment where community is paramount. Cozy & simple living. Garden with trampoline. Close to shopping and public transportation. 0.6 miles to the Fields shopping center, great cafés and bakeries, and the Ørestad metro and train station. You are welcome the periods when we do not use the house ourselves 😊 I greet my guests the way I would like to be greeted 😊

Skansehage

Stay on a magical 150m2 houseboat in the middle of Copenhagen with 360° water views, private swimming ladder and 200 meters to the metro. Skansehage is a 32-meter-long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front decks and aft decks with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living space with kitchen, dining and sleeping area. On the lower deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

Cozy villa centrally located in Dragør. The villa is located close to both water, city, public transport, Copenhagen Airport and Copenhagen City Center. The heart of the villa, which is the kitchen-living room, is newly renovated and with direct exit and view of the house's spacious garden. The villa has 4 beds divided into two rooms (see photos of daybed). It is possible to bring mattresses to the last room of the house or a tent to the garden. The garden contains a stone terrace where, among other things, a gas grill is located.

Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.
