A kitchen with a dining area and a half bath, with access to the patio and porch, on the ground floor. Great care has been taken with the lighting and comfort. You are right on the river shore ,surrounded by oak forest and old walking trails. A very peaceful spot. La casa fue construido por la duena usando materiales recicladas y maderas cortadas en su propio bosque . A si que da un toque muy personal artistico . El terreno linda con el rio Verdugo en la que se puede encontrar pozas aptos para el bano .
