Bring the whole family to this great place with a lot of space for fun and coziness! 4 man dwelling, built in 2019, 78 sqm apartment with 3 bedrooms. 2 rooms with double bed,1 room with single bed. 2 balconies, both front and back of the house with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Sun from morning to evening where the sunset can be enjoyed from the terrace at about 23:00 in the summer, close to the sea. Walking distance to nice swimming opportunities and hiking areas. Walking distance to convenience store. 7 min to Knarvik,25 min to Åsane,40 min to Bergen by car.

Here you can enjoy the sea with the boat located in the jetty, 5 min walk from the house. 45 min drive to Bergen. In the immediate area you can take mountain trips, visit the great beach as well as sand volleyball and tennis court at Hjellvik, 2 km away. A new 14 foot plastic boat with 4 hp located in the jetty 400m from the house is included in the rent. There are also 2 bikes that are located in the basement. Osterøy is a great starting point for nice mountain hikes. Tirevollfjellet at 303 meters above sea level, is 1 hour walk from the door.

Make memories for a lifetime in this unique and family-friendly place. Here you will live in the middle of nature and all you hear is the river and bird life. It is 2 min walk to a great swimming area, 5 min drive away from beach at sea There are great areas for fishing, both in water and sea. Great hiking area and located at one of the entrances to Stølsheimen. The house is located a stone's throw from the light trail in winter, and therefore fits perfectly in winter as well. Short distance by car and 500 m from E39. No need for your own car!

The apartment is a good starting point for hiking in nice terrain. Good fishing spots and approved for tourist fishing. Boat can be rented by host. Øien 530 with 40Hk yamaha ( requires certificate or that you are born before 1980) Without certificate there is available Øien 530 with 25 Hk Tohatsu. Satellite with regular Norwegian channels and decoder with German channels. Boat with 25hp price SEK 500/day. Boat with 40hp is price SEK 600/day. Bed linen and 2 towels, cloth and kitchen towel costs 150kr/person.

Vi tilbyr egg fra frittgående høner som vandrer rundt i tunet! NB! hanen våkner ved soloppgang..! Det er 10 minutter å gå til sjøen med både sandstrand og gode fiskeplasser, eller fem minutter i bil til innsjø med mye deilig ørret! Price for Boat whith 25 HK motor is 650 nkr for one day. 1 week=2750 nkr Price for boat whit 40 HK motor i 750nkr for one day 1 week =3500 nkr. Petrol is extra . For longer terms ask for price.
