Mr. José was always attentive since we arrived, we did not struggle with any basic service, he was very kind and the place is very comfortable, in addition to the fact that there are several grocery stores, pharmacies and stores around where we could print, which was very useful to us. I definitely recommend it.

The place seemed very good to me, very modern and in an excellent location.

We cannot praise this accommodation enough. The views from the 25th floor were stunning, both night and day. Our host, Daniel, was fantastic from start to finish. Communication was absolutely excellent and nothing was too much trouble, so much so that, when we thought our flight was going to be delayed, he arranged for the building reception to stay open a bit later for us - real customer service! The apartment was much better than described and is very luxurious. Building security was excellent and we felt safe at all times. Personalised videos were sent to us throughout our stay giving valuable information. Although our daughter had already prepared a very full itinerary, Daniel offered his thoughts on the tourist highlights that we shouldn't miss - they were already on the agenda! All in all, the most fabulous visit and we couldn't recommend this apartment highly enough. If we come back again, we will be sure to book this accommodation again.

Lucy’s place is really beautiful and is mostly quiet. It’s in a large complex with other apartments so the walls are a little thin but everyone went to bed at a respectful hour. The security guards were very kind and helpful and it’s a good element to have 24/7 security. The shower didn’t have any soap - just shampoo and conditioner but those were very nice products. I only stayed for one night and Lucy was very accommodating and friendly with a late booking. I think this apartment would be must worth it for more than one night (as many are likely) because of the costs associated with cleaning. Overall I really enjoyed my experience and would stay again. Everything is excellent, the Department, as shown in the images of the listing, a very quiet area, very quiet. Everything really exceptional is located in a very central area, where three blocks away, you have the metrobus and you can move extremely easily to any part of the city

This is the fourth time I've stayed at this accommodation managed by Yasmín. She was always attentive to me and my needs, the space was always spotless and the location is highly recommended if you have to work in the Santa Fe sector. I highly recommend it!!!!!!

We loved our stay at here. The Buganvilla made the property stunning, adding a vibrant and picturesque touch to the whole experience. Even during the rainy season, the numerous trees on the property made it feel incredibly fresh and pleasant – a real oasis. The location couldn't have been better; it was close to everything we needed to get around and explore. Coyoacán is a fantastic area to stay in, and this Airbnb perfectly complemented its charm. What really set this place apart was the owner, who was so caring and flexible, making our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. I couldn't recommend this place more highly – it's truly a gem!

This is one of the best experiences I’ve had staying at an Airbnb in CDMX. It’s a gorgeous apartment with a peaceful and serene garden. It’s walkable to many cafes and restaurants and is safe. Highly recommend staying here again.

The accommodation is ideally located, close to practically everything and has everything you need to stay as many days as you want. Check-in is very comfortable and the host is always attentive to any questions. The only thing I do want to comment on and I don't know if it was something that happened during the days of our stay or if it's something continuous, is that next to the building is the tolerance museum and precisely in the afternoons/evenings a lot of people gathered demonstrating in favor of marijuana, with a very strong smell and you could feel some insecurity. Advantages or disadvantages of staying in such a central area. Apart from that, which has nothing to do with the host who was always attentive, the accommodation is perfect and we would surely repeat.

Fernando was such a wonderful host! We were so happy with the apartment, location and attentions Fernando gave us. The apartment was extremely clean , comfortable and located in a great location where you can walk to stores, restaurants, etc. We would definitely stay there again! It is located on the 3rd floor of a quiet building, with no disturbing noises. It has a fast Wi-Fi service. Excellent, cool climate. If you're sensitive to the cold, you'll be comfortable without getting cold, and if you're sensitive to the heat, there's a large fan at your disposal, as well as three windows that not only provide ventilation but also a lot of lighting, which you can do without by lowering the windows. But the plus is that Gonzalo is a host who cares about his guests and is available by WhatsApp at all times, always trying to make sure you have the best stay in his apartment.

The view is total awe, especially at night. The colors and decor gives the apartment a nice airy feel. Barbara communicated well, there are people that say call me if you need anything, then there are people who really mean it. Good to have a host that shows that level of interest and willingness to help however they can. The location was convenient for every place I needed to go!

Everything was perfect

The place is absolutely lovely and ran by a wonderful 24hr concierge team. Noelia & Gabrielle have loads of great recommendations for things to do around Polanco and further out. They've been super helpful in answering our questions and getting a lovely cleaner in for us. Walkable to some great parks and right near the Soumaya museum the apartment is really well located. Roma is only a 15min taxi ride away (without traffic...) and that's got loads of restaurants with many cusines including Mexican. We're hoping to come back and stay here.

An excellent apartment, Juan Pablo took great care of us, it is a very worthwhile apartment, the amenities are just as spectacular, the space is as shown in the photos, the location is excellent.

The Location was Amazing and the home decorations perfectly fit the destination in a very modern way.

We stayed for a medical emergency, and we were able to do it the same day we booked. We always got quick and friendly responses to certain requests. The complex has very clear rules, which makes living together easier in general. Despite being a building with many apartments, we used the pool without any problems. Having the shopping mall across the street makes things much easier. It's a ten out of ten.

My family had a great time during our stay, thank you for everything!
