Nestled in a peaceful wine village, this 55 m² cottage for 4 people has free private parking, a garage for two motorcycles and bicycles. Nearby: Beaune (15 km): famous for its cellars and hospices. Santenay (8 km): known for its thermal baths and casino. Chagny (7km): its market on Sunday mornings. Shops, supermarket and restaurants 5 km away. Cycling routes and hiking trails nearby Access: 20 minutes from the A6 motorway (Beaune or Chalon-sur-Saône).

Spacious with front terrace and back terrace and small plot, green voice for walking or cycling, with shops, small village, wine cellar, restaurants. Cormot cliff, lake for swimming, I provide sheets and towels, the price is 39 euros per person, 2 night minimum, I rent the house for 4 people minimum, if it's for 2 people I only rent the ground floor with sofa bed, pets accepted

We offer our haven of peace in the heart of Burgundy in Saint Mard de Vaux, 25 minutes from Chalon and 30 minutes from Beaune. Quiet and relaxing accommodation in an old barn that we have fully restored. Guests can enjoy the hiking trails that pass at the foot of the accommodation. For wine lovers, you have nearby the Route des Grands Crus which crosses the most prestigious part of the Burgundy vineyard.

Small quiet house (Guesthouse), completely renovated, overlooking a private courtyard with terrace, barbecue and relaxation area, inside equipped kitchen, large walk-in shower, king size bed (180 x 200) all air-conditioned. For more comfort you will find on your arrival the basic necessities (salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, etc.) and a bed already prepared, as well as the toiletries, towels.
