Hello, how are you? I wanted to tell you that Alejandra is an excellent host. She always communicated well with me, showed interest in making me feel at home, responds to messages quickly and is very kind. The location of the house is very accessible and close to everything. The place is very quiet and above all, very safe. The house was impeccable, it had all the services to have a good time. On my next trip I would go back again, I still had a lot to see in Arequipa.

Great value for money! The apartment is cozy and well located if you prefer a more local neighborhood outside the historic center. Bonus points for the washing machine, smart TV, full kitchen, comfy bed and city view (the apartment is on the 6th floor). Just keep in mind that the surrounding streets can be noisy, and the apartment felt a bit too cold to me. There’s hot water but the temperature was a little tricky to adjust. Still 5 stars because you get a lot for what you pay.

An amazing place to stay, a large space for the number of people who went. The apartment has all the necessary amenities for a good stay. It has shops nearby, 24/7 security, easy access and the area is very nice The apartment is A1, everything is super clean, furnished, we all really loved it. We would definitely stay in this space again

Downtown apartment is a 15-minute walk to the Yanahuara viewpoint and a 15-minute walk to the central square of Arequipa. 5th floor with large screens that allow a direct view of Misti and Chachani. To improve the electrical system, bathroom lights, secondary room and living room that did not turn on, minor details that for me did not represent a major problem. Hot water with solar system, there were nights when there was no hot water. Mrs. Gladys' welcome was very kind. I recommend the place.

The place was nice and cozy, everything was very clean and tidy, the hostess was very attentive to every detail. I would only recommend placing a mirror in the room, nothing else, otherwise everything was very good, I would come back again :)

Excellent in all aspects. The host is extremely polite and proactive. The apartment is complete with kitchen utensils, a washing machine and a dryer. Super nice and very nicely decorated. A few meters away, you will find an excellent restaurant, market, bakery, among others. Easy access to the most varied tourist attractions. The host took care of all the details to ensure we had an excellent experience in Arequipa, indicating very interesting sights. I recommend it and would definitely stay with Gonzalo again.

We ended up staying twice during our stay in Arequipa and we were so happy to be in Nery's apartment as it was a great location and really comfortable and clean place yo be.

Our stay was good. The location was perfect as it was close to the places we needed to go, just 10 minutes from everything. Our host was very friendly and always attentive. He responded super fast and helped us with check-in and check-out.

This was an amazing place to stay, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and communicative. One of the bedrooms had a stunning view of Volcán Misti, especially beautiful at sunset, while the others also offered great views of the surrounding mountains. I stayed here with my family, and the home had everything we needed. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and made for a relaxing stay. It was easy to catch a taxi just outside, or we could walk about five minutes to the main road. When our flight was unexpectedly canceled, the hosts responded quickly and kindly accommodated us for an extra night. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

I had a great stay! The apartment is absolutely new, safe, and very comfortable. Hot water with good pressure, fast and stable Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen made everything super convenient. I especially appreciated the cleaning products — they’re often missing in longer stays, and it was great not to worry about buying full-size supplies for just a little use. The only small thing missing was a hair dryer, which would’ve made it even better, but overall, everything was excellent. Would definitely stay again!

All in all, it was a great place to stay. We liked the location as well as the layout and the view from the apartment. However, it would be very good for future visitors if the kitchen equipment were improved a little. Unfortunately, the knives in particular were partially very dull. If you want to cook something yourself and have to cut a lot, it was a bit annoying.
